Great beachfront condo! Loved the view! Plenty of room for a family of 4!

Loved this place! The room was in perfect proximity to the lobby/parking so we never had to wait on an elevator. The reserved parking spot was great and also in a convenient location! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy and there was even a fan for use if you’re like us and like the noise to sleep. Even being a studio it was quite spacious for the two of us! Short distance to the beach, great food on the property, and a great location to get all around in PCB. 10/10 Thank you again, Patrick!

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

My husband and I stayed at Matt's Place and it didn't disappoint. It is exactly what he described in the details. We had our morning coffee on the pier to watch the beautiful sunrise and listen to nature waking up. Enjoyed some jacuzzi time and some BBQ. The Hammocks are a nice touch. Somehow I was under the impression it had a king or queens size bed, but the house is establish with 2 bunkbeds, which was perfectly fine and different. The location is sure "Nature pure" your are close to grocery stores and restaurants but when on the property it feels you are far away from everything. Kitchen was organized and equipped enough. We forgot charcoal but went to the local Publix to grab a bag...it was a very nice experience. Unique with the amenities Matt Offers...It was a warm welcome and easy access. These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Cozy place with a nice tropical backyard, clean pool. The gym is a nice touch as well. Had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Check in and checkout was made as painless as you could possibly wish for. Thanks!

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and has everything we needed for vacation. The pool was perfect for the kids - they preferred staying home at the pool than going the beach. Romulda was also so helpful and responsive to all our questions. We only wished we had more time to stay here! We’re looking forward to booking again in the future!

My stay at Stephanie's property was very pleasant. I never had to call her. Everything at her property is excellent. The house is spectacular, the pool was GREAT!!!, and the fire pit was the best. I have no hesitation in recommending her property. Thank you, Stephanie!

This is our second stay with Robbie & Ellen. This has become our favorite spot! This is a great location if you have small children. We will be coming back to vacation here.

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond & our stay. I travel a lot for my son’s lacrosse team & this was our favorite Airbnb so far! Raymond is very responsive & kind! I hope it’s available to book next year when we return.

The outside furniture and pool area are 10 out of 10. It felt like our own private resort.

We loved both the accommodations and the location of Sylvain’s unit. Located inside the Arya Hotel, the unit was comfortable for two people. Although we didn’t make use of the kitchen, I imagine it would come in handy for those who want to whip up something to eat instead of eating out. I was limited in getting around, due to a broken foot, but was able to still enjoy the surroundings in beautiful Coconut Grove.

We had a great girls trip here, beach access and tiki bar service on the beach made this so easy and fun!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful views, everything was very well communicated before we even needed to ask. Our stay was wonderful and can’t wait to go back!
