Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Floyd County

Caleb and Hannah are wonderful hosts, extremely communicative, and really do have a wonderful place. Everything was nicer in person and they did a great job furnishing - even small things like high quality toilet paper/soap/beds and sheets.

Great host, anytime I’m in that area Paul and Bethany are my choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. It was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and description. Easy to find and easy check in. The local area was amazing, great restaurants, easily walkable. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it .

It felt like home. We were in Louisville dealing with a very sick family member and it was so nice and comfortable. Michael was very accommodating and helpful. We wanted to stay!

Don't stay here unless you love expansive views, your own water lily pond, and an exquisite home! This is a gorgeous home - and with so many conversation spots indoors and out it is perfect for a family reunion. We really enjoyed being together in this lovely space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. All the bedrooms were cozy and pleasant. Our family lives coast to coast, with one in Floyd's Knobs, so this was perfect. I've rented many homes and this one tops the list!

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

An absolute gem. Exactly as described, and with all the amenities we needed for a visit to Louisville. Devin and NaKayla were responsive to all of our needs, and were quick to reply to our questions. Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

Loved Takisha’s place. Everything was just as described and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. It also was very quiet for having several other units in the building. We stayed the night there for a concert and didn’t hear a bit of noise once we closed the patio door and were ready to wind down for the night. The patio had pretty comfy little rocking chairs as well! The building itself had a very cool concept and easy to understand. It was also very secure and private, needing to use your fob at every door. I felt the host was extremely responsive to answering all my questions and was so great with communication. She responded to me within minutes when I had a question about how to access the rooftop. I would definitely recommend!

Cory's place was super convenient for spending a few days in Southern Indiana. The town is adorable and just a couple blocks away and there was plenty more to do within a short drive. There was a tornado watch during our stay and she even sent us info on how to shelter in the basement if we wanted/needed to. We felt very well taken care of!

The host was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They not only provided so much useful information about the home and area but gave customized information, worked with us for an early check-in and checked on us after we arrived. She's super friendly and the home is great. With the 2 rules being take off shoes and have fun... it was a great place and somewhere we would certainly stay again if we're in the area.

Was very happy with my stay with my son. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and had plenty to do in the surrounding area thanks to the advice from our hoist. The check in and check out was easy and with the way the courtyard is set up you have a great sense of security. Easy in and out from the provided parking spot making it nice coming in early or late from your outings. Enjoyed the time at the pool and golf simulator which was nice on the rainy days. The apartment was very clean and as described in the listing. Would be a great place as a couples get away with bars and good restaurants within walking distance. Our hoist was very responsive during our stay, didn’t matter what time or what the question was we received an answer that pointed us in the right direction during our stay. Thank you for all the great advice on the local hangouts and attractions that also made this trip memorable.

A wonderful place to stay, beautiful scenery

Kyle was friendly and very responsive. The cabin was very clean and stocked full with any anemeties a person would need. Don't hesitate to book with this host.

Our stay here was very relaxing. Stunning house built snug in the woods on a river. Listening to the birds while drinking coffee in the morning was my wife’s favorite. Our girls loved the bunk room and the hammock. Small space but high ceilings and well thought out design, decor, and furniture made it feel spacious. We explored the Marengo Caves, downtown Salem, and just enjoyed slowing down for a few days. We brought food with us, and cooked all the meals. They have everything you need there to make cooking easy. We loved it and want to come back in the fall when the leaves change.

Tina and Wendell (I think was his name ) . Amazing amazing people . Really enjoyed having them around to talk . Horse shoe pits are amazing . The fire pit amazing . Even the cats were friendly and loving . So peaceful . Tina gave us jar of sauce for our dinner . Would love to come back for visit . Thanks for having us .

My 3 friends and I stayed in this property for 3 nights when on a golf trip to Indiana north of Louisville. The property was immaculate, very clean and well appointed. There was plenty of dish ware, silverware and cooking utensils. Bedrooms were also in great condition and very clean. There were more than enough available activities (games, DVD’s, ping pong, etc.) to keep a family entertained for several weeks. An amazing deck with a gas fire pit and a hot tub overlooking a wooded area with a stream was very peaceful and relaxing. There were detailed instructions for using all the available amenities, including the TV and cable (which we didn’t find until the day we left which was our bad). There were even golf tees sitting out with a note to enjoy our golf trip. I could not imagine a better place to stay or a more welcoming host. THANK YOU

The BEST we have stayed at yet - the amenities, the attention to details, the “extras” that are not expected but provided for just in case…everything about this place was PERFECT!!! LOVED the large front porch, the seats, the swings, as well as beautiful side sitting area. It was like a dream. The fun things to do, the beds, the walking in the woods, the hot tub! Run fast and stay HERE. Wonderful people and communication. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! Something to note if with elderly/those with ambulation issues-if they cannot do stairs to get to additional parts of the home-first floor has no tv and a low tub to get into shower.
