The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

A new and nice luxury apartment in the center of Middelburg. Comfortable bed and bathroom, high finishing level and stylish. The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in summer and cozy in winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. Everything is around the corner... breakfast, bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants and all the old buildings. Parking of car or motorcycle in private courtyard. Luxury vacation home Zeelandrust Meliskerke

From March 2017, our vacation home Zeelandrust is for rent on the beautiful island of Walcheren, just 2 kilometers away from the beach of Zoutelande. The house is next to our arable farm, but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Around the house is a terrace with unobstructed views of the dunes at the front and beautiful sunsets in spring and autumn. The dunes of Zoutelande are 2 kilometers away. Outside the holidays, it is also possible with breakfast (in consultation).

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

The house is within walking distance of the historic city center. You'll love my place. It is a cozy, attractive house, with a small, sheltered garden on the west. You will feel right at home. My place is suitable for couples. The Anton Pieck-like street is a pedestrian area. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Follow the navigation instructions. Middelburg is a monument city, Walcheren is also called "the Garden of Zeeland".

De Eiken Balk ligt op 2 km van het strand en 650m van het winkelcentrum ( Jumbo, Lidl en Kruidvat)
