They are all within walking distance on the site. 30 min drive to old foça and 15 min drive to Yeni Foça. Karşıyaka, Sasalı bird paradise and 20 min drive to Izmir Zoo. Our house is ideal for families and groups (max 10 people). Suitable for events.

New house, 750m2 garden, 10*5 M pool, privat parking place, 2 double bedroom with privat bathroom, 2 dauble badroom and 1 single badroom Total 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom.. The house is 240 M2 2 balcony and big veranda.. You should join the vocation with big pool and sun shine under blue sky... Foça is old town with stone houses ,nice beaches and fish restauranrs.. Privat pool, privat garden and privat parking place..
