Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Two bedrooms featuring comfortable beds and quality linens. Throughout the cottage we have nautical pieces of furniture to display the cottage’s surroundings. There’s a deck just off of the living room featuring outdoor seating and a barbecue. Wifi, television and laundry facilities are on site as well.

The Longliners Loft is located on Etheridge's Point in Joe Batt's Arm. This spacious open concept loft has breathtaking views of the Joe Batt's Arm Longliners and the Fogo Island Inn. It is surrounded by the ocean and beautiful barrens where you can often see caribou and other wildlife wandering about. Step outside and you are at the entrance to Fogo Island's main hiking trail to the Great Auk and Shorefast's Long Studio.
