We offer you a quiet 1-room apartment (approx. 35 m²) in a detached family house with large living/bedroom with king size double bed and dining area, bathroom, small kitchen and hallway. The apartment has a separate entrance and was newly renovated in 2019. The floors are tiled throughout, and the shower is level. The terrace door leads to a small outdoor seating area in the garden. The house is located on Tüllinger Berg with views over Lörrach. Parking is possible along the street.

The house is located on a railway line for local traffic running approximately every half hour. Children will love the variety.
