A very pleasant stay at Baptiste's in a typical accommodation, very comfortable, very clean and very well equipped. There's nothing missing! Everything has been thought out to make life easier for tenants. We were easily able to park, restaurants are just around the corner… really great!

Magalie et Vincent sont très discrets, ne s’imposent pas, mais sont très réactifs à la moindre question. La dépendance est grande, climatisée et dispose de tout les outils nécessaires à la cuisine et au rangement. Le jardin est super (petites poules très agréables) et l’ambiance est Kid’s friendly ! Comfortable accommodation for a stay of 6 people. Steeven was responsive when we had to ask him to bring us the linens that were missing for two of the people. The accommodation is well placed to go to Futuroscope (about 15min drive). I would highly recommend it.

Studio ideally located next to the Futuroscope. We stayed 3 (2 adults and 1 child) for 3 nights in order to be able to go to Futuroscope. The bed and household linen are of very good quality (and extremely clean). As stated in the listing, the loft bed is only suitable for children (low ceiling height). The instructions for our arrival were sent very early and they were very clear. I would recommned this property

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

Perfect studio for a night close to Futuroscope. The listing is as described. Clean accommodation and the arcade terminal has its little effect for retro-gaming enthusiasts. The bedding is good and the bathroom is sufficient, the hair dryer is a plus.
