Suitable for two or three people, the apartment has recently been renovated and has beautiful finishes. The bathroom has both a hot tub and shower, toiletries are provided together with plenty of good quality towels and a hairdryer. The king sized bed is dressed in quality linen and offers a comfortable nights rest. Extensive wardrobe space for unpacking. The entrance to underground garage is on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building - first set of black roller doors - drive up ramp and slightly to the right is parking bay C2. Please only park in this bay. Located in the city centre, this is a vibrant area and the ideal place to base yourself to explore Cape Town's major attractions! The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, CTICC, and Museums are all a short drive away. There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. My City bus terminal and taxi rank right outside Cartwright building. I like to meet my guests if this is at all possible. I live in the same building (a few floors up) but if you are unsure of your arrival time the keys to the apartment can be found in the post box 1101 located at the reception desk. Upon arrival ask them to get them from the box for you. If you have a car secure and designated parking can be reached by entering the underground parking garage on the Longmarket street side of the Cartwright building. Enter at the first set of black roller doors-drive up ramp and bay C2 is slightly to the right. Also on the bunch of keys is a white credit card. Scan this in the elevator to reach the 11th floor. Spacious Apartment in a Former Art Deco Cinema
Relax in a beautiful Art Deco building that was once home to the original Cape Town cinema. Have a long soak in the modern tub in a marble-tiled bathroom, or cook in the roomy, fully-equipped kitchen. This refurbished space is the ideal city respite. The building does also not experience load shedding which makes it perfect for working travellers. The apartment has two large en-suite bedrooms with an additional guest bathroom. The spaces is 144 squares and a beautiful open plan while the bedrooms are separated from each other to offer complete privacy. All the luxuries a travel could desire with a large flat screen TV, dishwasher and even a wine fridge. The entire apartment I am always available for my guests. I am happy to help with restaurant recommendations, things to do and see or assist with any problems they might experience. The apartment is close to grocery stores, a pharmacy, fantastic restaurants, and has 24/7 security. Bree Street is close for those who prefer the social scene and Kloof Street is nearby for fine dining. The apartment is very central. From the apartment is very easy to access all forms of public transport (bus, Uber, taxi) right outside the building door so a car is not needed. If guests prefer, they can rent a car and park in the building. The apartment has allocated parking. The airport is a 15minutes drive The city has many things to offer and guests can choose from day tours, spa activities, hiking, paragliding, drinking something at a wine bar or going to the beach. All of of these option are within a few minutes from the apartment.

Find space to recharge in an minimalist custom design historic home. Rejuvenate the senses in an aesthetically soothing space with a monochrome theme, a blend of contemporary and classic finishes, original art throughout, and mountain views. The sublime architecture of the house makes this space unique and extremely pleasant to live. The area is super safe and full of awesome restaurants and bars. The square is one of the nicest downtown and it is in an heritage area. The house is also very secure, with alarm, secure gates etc. Guests are allowed to smoke on the terrace, not inside the loft. Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the main house I do not live in the property but I am available when needed The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay.
