Lucky to get such a great place in such a convenient location. Communication was perfect, everything was provided proactively and with clarity

The flat was everything my group needed. We stayed 2 nights and Charlotte very kindly allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier than the listing states. The flat is on the top floor of a complex, right in the centre of bristol. It had everything as advertised. Mentioned in the listing, was that the balcony was under construction and unusable. When we arrived this was still the case, however there is another balcony connected to the kitchen which helped us avoid disappointment for a morning coffee in the fresh air. It felt very safe, being in a complex, and was easily accessible 24/7. Charlotte mentions there being a chance of noise late at night, because of the proximity to bars, but it didn't bother us at all being 4 floors up. She was polite, friendly, and reachable by phone throughout our entire stay, answering my questions quickly. The flat is spacious but still cozy, with more than enough space for a party of 8 people. We were all very happy with our stay and we would stay again.

Dave’s place is perfectly situated in a great area of Bristol only a short distance from some excellent pubs and restaurants and things to do The property is really nice, spacious and with all that we needed. Parking locally was pretty easy as well.

What an incredible stay! This apartment on the harbour in Bristol was everything I hoped for and more. Perfectly located on Gasworks Lane, it offers a rare combination of tranquility by the water and the vibrant pulse of the city just steps away. Waking up to views of the harbour and the sound of boats gently moving outside felt like a peaceful escape right in the middle of urban life. The flat itself is modern, spotless, and beautifully styled – clearly designed with both comfort and aesthetics in mind. From the plush bed to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout, it had everything I needed to feel right at home. I especially loved enjoying a glass of wine by the large windows overlooking the water after a day exploring the city. The location is unbeatable – close to bars, restaurants, cafes, and all the energy of central Bristol, yet still peaceful and safe. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this spot makes the perfect base.

What I can find in the room is a beautiful bay view from the room, walkable to local shops and restaurants, plenty of parking spaces, good kitchen enough for simple cooking. This room is good for couple to stay.

Perfect spot for me travelling solo for a quick stay. Very easy to find, everything I needed, close enough to centre of town to meet friends, Rhys was great and very responsive.

Apartment was exactly as it was shown and described. Fantastic view and position perfect for us. Walk into the city along the river was pleasant and easy, likewise the bridge over to the lovely restaurants etc in the Bay. We will definitely book this apartment again when visiting Cardiff. The hosts were really responsive, friendly and helpful. I was granted a flexible stay after asking to drop my bag early which was a godsend as I was going to a festival before checking in and I couldn’t take my bag in to the site. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, very orderly and had lots of little extras, and having breakfast provided was very welcome. only advice I’d give is in terms of directions if you’re walking - go past all the even numbered houses that are on your right (just trees on your left) until the odd numbers start on your left as the road curves (it’s quite away until you get to the curve walking) - the accommodation is the first house you come to on your left. Don’t think you’re on the wrong road and head backwards!

Wow what a beautiful place! We booked this for a special wedding anniversary to celebrate with our close family. The gift of a bottle of wine and a cake was such a lovely touch. Thank you so much. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mayflower. The young children loved seeing the ducks and wildlife come right up to the deck, and the adults loved the hot tub. The robes were a lovely touch too. We had no problem finding the Mayflower and the instructions for checking in and the online guidebook were very useful. There is so much to do on the doorstep if you can drag yourself away from the lodge. It was such a peaceful and magical place and somewhere I would love to return to.

It was a lovely place to stay. My dawg enjoyed people watching especially the ones walking their dawgs. Everything you needed plus a downstairs loo which I didn't know about.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Set right on a very peaceful lake; was great siting on the desk watching the water sports. Easy to find and enter and good communication from the hosts. No faults at all.

We had a great stay and with all the amenities at the location there was something to do for everyone.

Just stayed at the woodshed with my family, it's a beautiful place in beautiful surroundings and loved the decor. Mel the host couldn't be more helpfull .

It was very relaxing, not just because of the location and surroundings, but also because Suzanne provided everything we needed to settle after a long journey. Although we didn’t formally speak, we felt you were there if we needed anything and always responded almost immediately. You provided a lot of useful information including maps for local walks, shops etc. We liked that fact that we could walk out of the lodge and immediately find walking routes in any direction. We also liked that the garden was secure, one of our dogs is a little excitable and it was reassuring to know that she could venture in to the garden without worrying about what she was up to! All amenities were perfectly functional and of good quality. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good shower too. Thank you for a lovely stay. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to anyone who likes long scenic walks, relaxing, and escaping their busy lives in a beautiful location.

I had a birthday weekender with friends and the apartment is really lovely and suited us perfectly. Not just clean, but comfortable too with everything you need. The host is great and helpful. It all made the stay so much more enjoyable. 100% would recommend.

Great place to stay, thank you. Everything we needed was there, great location with the little shop next door and passing a lidl on the way from Monmouth. The pubs with nice food and atmosphere. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed eating in the courtyard. It was also perfect for us with the canoes and finishing at Redbrook. Will definitely be recommending it as a place to stay for friends and family.

Mark the host very helpful and Sue friendly and full of local info. Got to say after using AB&B for a few years this is one of the most attractive and comfortable we have stayed at. We spent a few days cycling and relaxing, local bus service conveniently available adjacent to the apartment. Local pubs a bit of a walk but food and drinks available at both. Look forward to staying again.

This location is exceptional ! we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and returning to such a tranquil setting after our wedding was the perfect conclusion to a wonderful day. 🤍🫶

An excellent accommodation, right next to ASDA supermarket which was convenient. Comfortable bed and sofa and excellent view of the river/harbour bit from the livingroom. Good Internet connection and a parking space. A few steps but not many, someone with mobility issues might struggle. Easy to find with a sat nav. 15-20 mins walk to the beach. Vanessa kindly allowed me to leave my car at bit longer while I run the Barry Island 10K.

Great location and view. Breeze off the river was wonderful. Modern amenities. Firestick availability was a plus.

A perfect little apartment for 2 people. "Everything" you could possibly need including toiletries and kitchen essentials. It was a shame we only decided stayed one night and ate out but there was definitely everything you could possibly need if you wanted to self cater. Emma answered any questions very promptly and her recommendations of restaurant was excellent. We shall definitely return.
