I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

We had the best stay ever at Kate's place. We'd booked for Mothers Day and my family had flown in from different states, so I was incredibly pleased with how perfect our accommodation was. The photos really don't do it justice and the extra care and special touches made us feel so very welcome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean and well-presented everything was. Every detail has been carefully thought through, from the amenities to the lovely little touches around the home that made our stay extra special. It was the perfect winter escape for our family, cosying up by the fireplace was a highlight. The communication with Sarah was seamless, friendly and responsive. We’re already dreaming about another visit in summer so we can make the most of the pool and outdoor areas. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly, an absolute gem!

Highly recommend this stay. Such a beautiful large house great for lots of couples. Has all of the amenities you need and nice and close to the main town. House was very responsive and also offered us a late check out which was nice.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Stunning and peaceful place

A beautiful house with lovely outlook right in the middle of Forrest village. Exactly as described and the fireplace made the place so warm we were in t-shirts. Would have to have the most comfortable mattress and best shower of anywhere else we have stayed. Loved our weekend in Forrest.

Absolutely gorgeous accommodation that I highly recommend to anyone planning to do the Great Ocean Drive! We were lucky enough to witness the Southern Lights from Samantha’s beautiful house. Beautifully decorated & clean interior perfect for your stay. Didn’t manage to catch the Koalas or cows — maybe next time! 😍

Lovely stay at Michael’s place! Perfect for a cosy getaway. He made sure the heaters were on for us before arriving which was much appreciated on a cold winter’s day! Would recommend a stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Forrest and will return. The house is in a perfect location immediately across the road from the Skills Tracks and Trailhead. Comfortable beds and plenty of space both in and outside. Peter was an attentive and accommodating host. Our only negatives, as per another review, the house needed an airing out on our arrival, just smelled dusty. Do note that you really need to bring everything you might need as the General Store's pricing is extortionate and their options are limited. This is easily remedied by a 1 hour roundtrip to Colac, but easier still to arrive prepared.

Clean instructions was given prior to check in. Lovely place with beautiful kitchen and living area. Everything was in good working condition. Highly recommended

Pauline’s property in Apollo Bay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding nature that made every morning special. The interior is cozy yet modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for us — peaceful and chill! Coming back to such a serene retreat was the perfect way to unwind after a great day out exploring Apollo Bay. Pauline was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend!

Beautiful property that was warm and welcoming from the get go, and felt like home every time you walked through the doors. Everything was clean, well thought out and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay plus some. Cannot recommend Lisa and Matt’s place enough and look forward to staying here again.

Staying at Charleys Creek Retreat, Gellibrand, was a pleasure. The location was perfect for a private and quiet getaway. The home was clean and full of character. Damien was very friendly, he left us easy-to-follow instructions, and we came to warm, burning woodfires. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the big flat BBQ was convenient. The bedrooms had clean linen and were nicely decorated. We loved every minute of our stay, the sunrise light between the forest trees, watching the stars at night, and the two curious Emus.

Nicks place was one word: phenomenal. Not only were the team absolutely amazing and helpful, but we went there and felt like it was our own. The home is as seen in photos, above the ocean in the sky. Surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. The walkway into the Airbnb was made to perfection. The team put a lot of effort in to every corner of that place. We even had a wonderful 90 minute massage done overlooking the ocean! As a female, to see an original GHD straightener for their guests blew my mind. The candles by the bath - the welcoming fairy lights. It’s the small things that made this place better than what i expected. The ocean, the home, the host. 100/10. Highly recommended to all and definitely will return.

I booked Nick’s place for a restorative weekend away with a group of girlfriends and would highly recommend it. The house is absolutely beautiful, tasteful furnishings, well appointed kitchen and pantry and well stocked with beautiful towels and linens. The view is stunning. We really appreciated the welcome touches and the fire ready to be lit! Nick was responsive and attentive without being intrusive. Thank you Nick and Lisa!

Otway Retreats, they are great host and very friendly.

We had a fantastic long weekend at Georgina’s place. It’s an easy two hour drive from Melbourne, yet felt remote enough to feel we’d got away from it all. Very peaceful setting. The house is perfect for two families of four; our kids are older, but it’s especially well set up for those with younger kids. Georgina and Charlie were great hosts, sharing lots of local knowledge and tips. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I have nothing but absolute praise and admiration for Kellyran Country House! We fell in love with the property as soon as we stepped inside. We were greeted with a personalised sign as we first walked in, and surprised with a collection of wine, chocolates and other goodies! It's seclusion from neighbouring properties surrounded by lush gardens was a delight - you can even take a short walk around the gardens. It allowed us to simply relax by the fireplace in the comfy reclining chairs overlooking the hills through the huge windows in absolute peace. The house is fitted with modern furniture, a clean bathroom and kitchen, as well as a huge separate laundry room. The property is not on town water (water tanks) so the pressure is not the best, but it was still nice and hot. There is a small car port at the front door to park your car so you don't get wet if it's raining. Amanda has been nothing but accommodating for us and have more than met our needs for our short stay.

We had a lovely time at Tim and Mollys place. It is a beautiful modern home and centrally located. It had everything we needed for a weekend away. Molly and Tim were great to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again.
