I had a wonderful stay at Jocelyn’s place! She was so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in early, which made my trip so much smoother. Her place was spotless, peaceful, and exactly as described. Jocelyn was also very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming stay. Thank you, Jocelyn, for being such a great host!

The apartment is very comfortable, you find everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. You have basic stuff in the kitchen and bathroom that is very nice and helpful. Kim always was very responsive and very kind. Definitely I will look for this apartment for next time.

The property was in a great location and convenient for jobs in the energy corridor. The rooms were spacious and clean. Finally, Min was quick to get back to me if I had any questions or problems.

We had problem with 1st room when we checked in, a room with bugs everywhere in side. But problem was solved when we complained and she quickly moved us to other room. It was a nice room and we had a good stay there. Good location with so many grocery and restaurant around.

We enjoyed our stay, the rental is as advertised. It was large enough for a family of a four. We would gladly book this place again.

Everything was great , the only issue was the crew cutting grass blew tons of grass through the door I had to go outside and tell them to stop , other then that the host was extremely helpful especially with the issue I had with the lock first getting in ..

This place was great for our stay in Houston! The quick access to Memorial Drive and the 610 Loop make it easy to get around town and explore. The unit was very comfortable and had what we needed. David is a great host and responded to all our questions quickly and make our stay super easy.

The hosts are great! They were very responsive and friendly, and condo was clean and tidy. The only thing that I wish was better is the area the condo is in. It is an old area and I am familiar with Alief since I am from Houston. There were people walking outside at all hours and some of them had mental health issues and were yelling. I felt safe during the day but tried not to be out late. This is nothing the owners can help and I knew once I saw the condo location how it would be. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I am very appreciative of Joseph and Lisa for their hospitality. The condo is definitely worth the price!

Greg's place was perfect for a weekend family getaway! My boyfriend and myself were visiting family in Houston for the first time, and this place was perfect for accommodating us with two dogs (a Doberman mix and chihuahua). The location was near great local restaurants, cafes, and boba shops. The place was clean with fresh bedding and towels. Kitchen stocked with cups, dishes and cutlery! Spacious fridge with a freezer. All that we needed. I must also mention there was a reserved parking spot for our stay, so we never worried about walking too far to the condo or parking outside of the complex. That was so nice! And considering the affordable price we paid for 3 days as dental students, with all that is included? This airbnb is THE place to stay. Greg, you go above and beyond for your guests. With your attentive responses to messages when we need you for help or anything for that matter--you are amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

I’ve lived in this apartment for 6 months and it was just perfect. Everything is exactly like in the pictures, I enjoyed the pool a lot and it’s right next to 3 big supermarkets. Whenever I had a small problem the host or his wife, both exceptional people, would come fix everthing within 1 day. I can absolutely recommend this place if you search something in Houston!

Rose's appartment looks like on a quiet road near major roads and is easy to get onto I-10 and 6 mins drive from Wholefoods, Trader Joes, HEB and decent fast food like MOD Pizza and Chipotle, 5 mins walk to a YMCA gym and 10 mins to the Galleria. The main living is spacious, clean and airy and the bedroom is also spacious and the bed is comfortable. Aircon is highly effective but noisy as are the adjacent appartment aircon units that make up the 4 appartment block. I needed ear plugs at night as I wasn't used to that level of noise at night but was grateful it was so effective. The bathroom is in 3 sections - a decent sized basin area, then an alcove for the washing machine and dryer (hold the start buttons for 3 secs otherwise they won't switch on) and then a bath and shower (which doesn't have a strong jet but is workable). There is parking is on the side road and there are security gates into the development. Rose and Adam are responsive and helpful.

My stay was great! Sherry was very detailed about what to do when we got to Airbnb which made it easier. Loved that the greenway was across the street. Parking was easy, and neighborhood was quiet. Overall I’d stay here again.

I am a frequent traveller to Houston, every other 2 months since 2020. Have stayed in different locations, hotels and airbnbs since then. First things first, there is absolutely no other better location than citycenter - walkable, safe, clean, fun, lots of stores, restaurants, close to the main gateways (I-10, Sam Houston, HW6) therefore in 30min you can explore Houston 360o. In regards to the property, it js simply in the best multi-familiy building in this region. And trust me, in Houston it has a value! As the most diverse city in America you can experience from the best to the worst at the same floor. But this one is 100% guarateed peace, kindness, education. Inside, clean, confortable, good space, appliances and the mains products you may need for a week stay. Super recommended!!! Will definetely come back on my upcoming city visits!

Natasha was very friendly and quickly responded to my messages. She even took her working hours to come meet and game me a tour of the inside of the condo and handed the parking pass. Easy communication, easy to get in and out and she was flexible with the checkout. Everything was clean and listed as in description. Walking distance to shopping and groceries and felt safe all around. Very quiet and got a great rest at night. Thank you Natasha!

Enjoyed a great stay at Phi's AirBb. Clean, peaceful and in a great location. The place had all the amenities I look for ....had to extend my booking a day and Phi made it easy. 5 Star host, 5 Star place...definitely recommend!!

We really like the condo. It is in a nice area with access to many restaurants and shopping. Courtyard area was well maintained with a nice pool and workout center. We liked the condo balcony with the treetops creating a private area and made it seem like we were not in a large town. The host were very responsive and communicated with us quickly. I would stay here again.
