My stay at Luciana and Renan's apartment was amazing. They were kind in recommending us things to do and always very attentive to answer any questions. I didn't have any problems. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodates 5 people, the location is excellent, close to everything, a maximum of 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to go. I felt at home, so much so that I already made another reservation for the end of the month. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good, quiet and safe place to stay during your trip to Fortaleza. The apartment met all our needs and is next to a small market, as well as being 1 block from the beach and beach bars. In addition, Mrs. Teresa was the most attentive host I have ever stayed with, always asking if everything was okay and giving us tips.

The space is fully consistent with the photos in the listing. Clean, organized apartment, with all equipment in perfect working order. TOP shower. Special detail for the condominium market that breaks the branch too much, avoiding having to go out for ordinary purchases. Great stay! Perfect location, a few steps from Iracema beach (the apartment even has a sea view). Well furnished, spacious, 3 air conditioners. Nothing to complain about.

Wonderful flat, accommodates a couple perfectly, with all the utensils, easy location, close to pharmacy and 1 block from the beach. The building is very residential, concierge very attentive. Although small, the flat accommodated us and our large dogs well…. Dona Fausta and Rochelle were very nice to us. I highly ❤️ recommend it and will bring my family to stay here
