Experience true lakeside luxury right on the waterfront of beautiful Smøla. Sjøbua is located only 20 meters from the sea and offers a rare combination of comfort, tranquility and spectacular nature. The cabin was totally renovated in 2021 and has three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and large patios with panoramic views of the sea. Here you can enjoy the ocean view from almost all rooms – even from the bathtub. Sjøbua is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, high-speed internet, barbecue, firewood and fire pit.

On clear nights, you can enjoy starry skies and the Northern Lights right from your bed. The igloo is heated and comfortable, giving you the feeling of floating above the landscape. Vedøya. Nice and quiet place

Relax with the whole family on this wonderful and peaceful island. Here you get close to nature. No running water and electricity, but there is a well with water and solar power system. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an outdoor toilet. When using hot water in the shower, it must be heated. There is parking for cars at the marina. We can help with transport to the island, but there is also the possibility to rent a boat for NOK 650 per day. The boat is a Kaasbøll 17 with a 50 hp Yamaha. It has plenty of room for 4 people.

With the sea as the closest neighbor, you have unique opportunities for experiences. The island of Hitra and Frøya have a lot to offer. Perfect for snorkeling and kayaking. 2 hours' drive from Trondheim. 3 km to the nearest grocery store The cabin is 40 m2. No fishing boat rentals.

Experience beautiful sunsets and the sea up close. The cabin is at the end of a dead end road, in a secluded location with panoramic views of the sea. Modern design. Just you and nature. A great starting point for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding and beach life. A rich wildlife, see the sea eagle that can glide slowly by. Large garden with lawn, large terraces. Sun all day. Hasselvika vacation home - Laksen

Find peace and quiet at the old trading place Sannan in beautiful Hasselvika! Here you can experience a good sea fishing and great hiking opportunities in the woods and mountains right outside the door. Within 100m you will also find a shop, marina, beach, speedboat terminal and bus stop. Right nearby, the abandoned Hysnes Fort is idyllically located at the mouth of Trondheimsfjorden. Here you can walk on prepared hiking trails and enjoy a phenomenal view at the top! The sunsets out here are often absolutely magical!

2 charming cabins on the waterfront with boat

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Vacation home on the waterfront with boathouse, kayak, paddleboard & boat

Holiday paradise in the fjæresteinene on Frøya. Sheltered holiday home right by the sea with boat, fishing rods, kayaks, children's kayak and SUP board. Here, nature awaits just outside the door. The shore is full of life with crabs, small fish and seabirds. Good opportunities for fishing and swimming from the rocks, or from a boat. More photos can be found at @froyahavblikk. The house has four bedrooms, all with double beds of 160 cm and blackout curtains. Bed linens and towels are included in the stay.

The cottage is perfect for one or more families, or couples traveling together. No partying or groups of friends.

My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing(there is a small (tiny) boat available), kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach. Please do not hesitate to contact me for booking larger groups than 6: I have a guest house (boathouse) with room for 4 additional persons. Welcome to beautiful Frosta. Here you have immediate proximity to the lake and beach, and not least a beautiful view of Leksvika. Here you can enjoy the evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on the Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find a jetty and pier right next to the cabin, with good opportunities for fishing with a rod.
