Mafube Mountain Retreat is a secluded guest farm about 25 minutes from Clarens and is a hikers and nature lover's paradise! It is situated in a stunning amphitheater of sandstone mountains, is child friendly and has very well defined Dinosaur footprints a short hike from the chalets. The Garden unit is a small self catering unit with one bedroom and which has space for two children sleeping in the lounge area. The Koeistalle

Tucked away on the edge of Rosendal, Die Koeistalle is a lovingly restored guesthouse as old as the town itself. The open-plan living area, once a working cowshed when Rosendal was still a farm, is one of the oldest surviving buildings in town. As Rosendal came to being, the old shed was transformed into a brickworks, supplying bricks to the first houses in Rosendal. Today, its stone walls and timber beams stand beside newer additions, creating a seamless blend of heritage and comfort.
