The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Appreciate the beauty of the Adirondacks and enjoy the comfort of a carefully decorated home that promotes relaxation. The first floor has an open concept and includes a spacious kitchen, dining area, and a welcoming living area with a high cathedral ceiling and a fireplace insert. Cozy up and read by the fire, watch TV, or play some board games. As the sun sets, enjoy a relaxing soak in an oversized whirlpool tub and then retire to one of the four bedrooms upstairs.

Beautiful whole upper house. Owner or host might reside in lower apartment, but you will be notified if anyone is there. Great location. Save on gas, walking distance to drug store, grocery store, all the village shops, restaurants, bars. Next to snowmobile, bike trails, skiing, and the beautiful Moose River. Enchanted Forest is 5 minutes away, and walking distance to beach, and boat rentals. Quite neighborhood with school and field across the street.

Adirondack Luxury Getaway

Luxury kitchen featuring granite counters. Sit 5 at counter and sits up to 10 at dining table. Living room features seating for 10 featured around gas fireplace and a large TV with the game table.
