House holiday rentals in Franklin County

This home and it's surroundings are absolutely beautiful! We had a family vacation and had a wonderful time! The pool was amazing and each room of the house was modern and elegant at the same time. Our grandchildren also loved watching the ducks in the little creek. We usually go to the ocean but were looking for something a little closer to home this year (3 hours away) and we were certainly not disappointed! We highly recommend it and will be back some day! We had a wonderful stay. The family loved to pool and hot tub. We were close to many activities. Jill did an excellent job communicating with me and answering all my questions. We are looking forward to booking our next stay.

My Old Kentucky Home hosted by Shane was a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The amenities on site were amazing. The hot tub and pool were all set and ready for our group when we arrived, which we appreciated greatly. Communication was great, and Shane was on top of everything. Our stay was wonderful and we would love to come back for another visit! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Lexington area.

Well, our group of 9 had an enjoyable time in this home! It was as advertised and extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Cindy was just the sweetest and most respectful host always available to answer questions or give recommendations. Close to great distilleries and downtown Frankfort with cute shops and dining. The pool and hot tub were clean and working and the home was well stocked with basic necessities. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back!

Toni's place was just as expected and was perfect for our Derby weekend stay. The backyard is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed watching the Purple Martins flying in and out of their bird house.

Harrison was an amazing Host! The house was immaculate and had everything you could want to feel at home and relax. This is a premier spot to take your family for Visiting the gorgeous and historic Lexington. Thank you so much for an amazing place to gather as we celebrated our son’s graduation.

We went for a girls weekend it was the perfect get away! The screened on in porch was our save haven for the weekend . So peaceful and loved walked to downtown areas .

We had four adults and three kids staying at David’s place and it was great! It’s even better than the pictures. We loved the beautiful rural setting, yet also appreciated it was only 10 min from grocery stores and shopping. The pool and in home movie theater were big hits with our family. We grilled often and cooked in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We appreciated all the space to spread out as well as the numerous areas to gather and play. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very true to description and easy to find. Special note for coffee snobs: half a block from home is Andy’s Coffee and pastry place. A must stop for a morning treat!

Our host April did a fantastic job of keeping us informed. She was always accessable and easy to get in contact with. The bungalow was comfortable and well maintained, located close to the downtown area.

My husband and I stayed here with my parents and our pup for a week long vacation and we absolutely loved the house!! Amanda was a great host who was very quick to respond if we had any questions during our stay. The home was very clean and so cutely decorated. One thing we all loved were all of the real plants she had throughout the home! The large dining room area was where we spent most nights playing cards around the table. Overall, we loved the quiet neighborhood, being so close to the downtown area and the beautiful Capitol building! We would definitely stay here again!!

This house was great! Exactly as described. The house had everything we needed and more! Even down to tupperware to store food. The place easily fit 3 couples with room to spare. We had one issue with the AC not working but Emmanuel was very responsive and even had someone come fix it on a weekend. Location was great, lots of distilleries nearby. Highly recommend!

Jonathan’s place was great for our trip to Buffalo Trace. Everything was as described perfectly and the deck overlooking the river was a nice place to hang out in the evening. Thanks Jonathan.

We wanted to express how much we enjoyed our stay at your house. It was truly wonderful and perfectly suited for our multi-family trip! The location was ideal, and we really appreciated how responsive you were as owners. We were especially impressed that the hot water heater kept up with all of us. The only minor issue we encountered was finding the kitchen towels, but we were able to locate them. We also had family visit on Sunday, and everyone was blown away by the space. It was great for both seniors and children, and we all enjoyed working on a group puzzle from your collection. We hope to stay at your house again soon if it's available! Thank you Reid family

Great location. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and stores. Short drive to several distilleries. We were two couples. One couple took the upstairs bedroom and bathroom and the other stayed downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and outdoor space was great. We definitely recommend Yesenia's cottage when exploring the bourbon trail and spending time in Frankfort.

We’re very glad we stayed here for our anniversary trip! Excellent communication and very homey atmosphere, we loved spending time on the deck and our dog definitely enjoyed the yard!

We had a lovely visit at this wonderful house. It is such an inviting and interesting house with very comfortable furnishings. We used the very functional kitchen to prepare a full dinner which we enjoyed on the deck with its attractive decorative lighting. Afterwards, we slept in very comfortable beds and woke up the next morning to sip our coffee in the family room. We had a great visit and will hopefully get to stay there again in the future. Thanks to our hosts for making everything so nice.

Beautiful property and house. Jason and Toni were very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and during the stay. The house is conveniently located to some of the local distilleries and good restaurants. We would definitely book again!

Perfect place for our group!

This would be our second time staying here and it was wonderful! The host was very responsive and friendly, the house was super clean and just how we remembered it last year. When choosing place to stay we knew we had to stay here. Not only was it a homey feel but we were able to bring our fur babies which is extremely important to us. Super quiet location and in downtown. We will definitely be back and when we do come back we will be yet again staying here. Thank you so much again. We had an amazing time on this much needed vacation right before our first baby gets here.

Perfect location for our needs. Large backyard, along with a great parking area. House is well done and yard is immaculate.

Quiet and secluded with close access to stores and distilleries. Beautiful views off the porch. Super nice host.

The home was exquisitely restored, with beautiful decor. It was very roomy, and conveniently located to several places in walkable distance. The biggest draw back to this location is noise. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs would help. It is worth the inconvenience!
