I had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Julia was a fantastic host: responsive, kind, and attentive to every detail, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was perfect, and the space felt like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Beautiful home, great communication, easy access to skiing, loved the giant mud room ..made it easy to keep ski boots, jackets, ski pants and sneakers for a big crowd. Decent parking for multiple cars. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, bath and dish towels and bedding... Hot tub was broken but Julia was on top of getting it fixed ASAP. Would definitely come back!

We had a great experience at Shelley’s place in Coplin Plantation. The house was spotless on arrival, with plenty of towels/linens for all the guests. Shelley was thoughtful enough to leave us hot chocolate, coffee, and a few essential groceries in the fridge in case of a late arrival. The house was everything and more than we expected and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Sugarloaf/Flagstaff Lake area.

We had a great stay at Kings Retreat this past weekend! Plenty of space for our group friend trip. Lovely surroundings, beautiful views, and a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and fire places were cozy. We even used the grill and fire table on the deck for happy hour after a day of skiing. Would recommend Julia’s property for anyone looking to be close to Sunday River with a large group! Will be back again :)

We had a terrific stay! Lisa and Jon's place is beautiful, with scenic views of the lake and surrounding Rangeley. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we had a great time skiing at Saddleback mountain. Loved interacting with Lisa and Jon, who made the stay pleasant and memorable

We had a great week at the SaddleShack! Liz was very responsive to all of our questions and made sure we had a comfortable stay. And the house is just as advertised - comfortable, tastefully decorated, and right there on mountain!

We loved our stay and would return! Perfect for our two families looking to do some spring skiing. We got lucky and caught the last couple days of the ski in/ski out trails being accessible. Loved dinner at Portage and the hanging out at Moose alley. Highly recommend!

Loafer’s Lodge is peaceful, beautiful, comfortable and offers something for everyone! Close to Sugarloaf and the Outdoor Center, Loafer’s Lodge was centrally located to all that we wanted to do. Returning back to the house to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain, the cozy living room beside the fire, and the soothing hot tub was beyond any expectations that we had. Looking forward to returning!

Highly recommend! Everything was extremely clean upon our arrival and the house was super spacious. Beautiful view of the mountain from inside the living room! The location is perfect for skiing Sunday River as well.

We were in town for a charity benefit concert on the mountain. As two non-skiers, the location was great because we were away from the traffic but could easily get to the mountain and its amenities.

Maryam's home was amazing! Beautiful surroundings, and great decor. lots of fun activities to do. Maryam was very helpful and so quick to reply to any messages! would 100% recommend this property! We had a wonderful weekend

The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. It’s a very private space in the woods, so if you are looking for a peaceful time away from the city, this is a perfect place. There are enough amenities in the house that makes your stay comfortable and easy. The hot tub and fire pit make the outside even more enjoyable. Julia is a great host, very responsive and helpful!

We stayed at Haley's for our wedding weekend with a group of friends. It was really easy to find and checkin. When we arrived Haley checked in with us via message to make sure we were able to get in to the place. The house was spotless and everything was as described and matched the photos on the listing. It is about 10 minute drive to Sugarloaf for skiing or other activities. Plan to drive to/from mountain as there is no shuttle pick up and it is not walkable (we knew this ahead of time). The home is 3 floors with 1-2 bedrooms on each floor and 1 bathroom each floor. We really liked that the bedrooms weren't all on one floor as it added some privacy. The lowest level and main level each have modest sized kitchens. The house is only accessible by walking up or down stairs. We really enjoyed being able to use the hot tub during our stay and being able to bring our Greyhound with us. We highly recommend Haley and this home! We'd love to stay here again. Thank you!
