Holiday rentals with breakfast in Frankston

We had a great stay at Brunswick cottage. Great location close to both the airport and city. Greg is such a lovely host and even provided bread, milk, wine and a lovely selection of breakfast cereal and yoghurt. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need!! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend. Thank you !!!

thanks Lorraine for her warm welcome message return from the board... the house is good to accommodate big group of families... if you are check in late especially at night for first time, you might having chance can't allocate the unit as the house front are covered by the garden or bush...once you stay in, you have no problem to identify the place... haha

I have stayed in many airbnbs over the years but James place is just perfect. James is welcoming, friendly and obliging. The cottage has everything you could need and more. We arrived late and having all the items needed for breakfast was so appreciated. The cottage is warm and inviting. The bedrooms are large and well equipped from bedding, to hangers and even electric charge spots. The kitchen too has all you will need. The lounge is comfortable with a lovely view to a well maintained garden. The cottage is very well situated for the local Elsternwick area - shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. Public transport is also very accessible to local areas and to the city and sporting venues. Honestly you couldn't ask for more for your stay in Melbourne.

This is the second time I have stayed at David’s beautiful home. Can’t thank him enough he is very responsive and clear with instructions to get inside. Once you are inside it’s absolutely magical. Views are incredible and the house is just so perfect. Can not recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back again one day. 5 stars

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet while also being close to transport and shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed the fireplace and spa tub. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Naomi was a great host and communicator.

Absolutely loved our stay at Olinda Woods Retreat! Emma was incredible throughout every stage with excellent communication and going above and beyond. She included lovely breakfast provisions (also catering to dietary requirements). Emma's dad popped by to welcome us and did an incredible job making the gardens look immaculate! We had some photos taken for an elopement style wedding and were absolutely thrilled with the accommodation and gardens! Can't wait to return, hopefully for our 1 year anniversary next May!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Lovely little gem, easy to get the bus into town to have a few wines! John was the loveliest host and made us feel really comfortable, showed us his impressive wine-making, gave some great local advice and made sure we got on the right bus to town for dinner.

My partner and I stayed for the weekend and had such a fabulous time. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location right next to brunswick street. Definitely recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Michelle’s place. Michele made check in very easy for us and was flexible when it came to check out. Her place was at a great spot about 2 minute walk to a tram which you could catch into the city in 25 minutes. Thanks Michelle!

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Michelle's place is in a fantastic location, convenient to everything you'd want to do in the city. The apartment is clean, with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Michelle is a super responsive host and we can't thank her enough for organising an early check in.

Wow, this was a magical experience. Loretta was so nice and kind to us and easy to deal with. We stayed at paradise the views were 10x better than photos just breathless. You can tell Loretta goes to a lot of effort to make you feel happy, the beautiful delicious bread! The eggs that were fresh, the breakfast assortments the dressing gowns etc. We cannot recommend this stay enough!!!!! Definitely worth going to and having a beautiful relaxing unwind of a weekend :) we have kids and grandkids so was amazing to just have some r and r ! Have already recommended to friends and we will hopefully be back :)

Really beautiful little apartment and very reasonably priced. Well decorated and minimalist without feeling sterile. The only thing we found a bit annoying was the key pick up and drop off. If you have a car you can't get down to the carpark without the swipe (only ground floor) so then you have to wait for the store to open to drop the key off and hard to find a park near the shop to drop off, meaning I was a bit late to my morning appointment. I'm sure the host would have helped to find a solution if we had reached out. Overall though was perfect for our needs, loved the cafe right downstairs, would stay again.

We had a thoroughly delightful stay at this wonderful urban oasis! Well-situated so we could get right out into the thick of all that Fitzroy has to offer, but also tucked away for quiet and privacy--it was perfect. The space itself was functional, vibrant, comfortable, and fun to hang out in. Sickness prevented me from going out one day, and it was as lovely to hang out inside as it might have been fun to go out! Sarah was an extremely kind and flexible host, granting us early check-in when requested. She was quick to respond to our messages and questions, and fun to bump into as we were coming and going. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we loved it and hope we can come back someday!

Always love staying here when we’re in the area. Can’t recommend enough post as amazing at their houses incredible.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Gatehouse. The accommodation is beautiful and we were so grateful for the exceptional breakfast provisions, the fire and also the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Gill was extremely responsive and superb in her communication with us. We walked into Olinda to the exceptional Citrine Bistro, and up to the Botanic Gardens, which is an easy five minute walk. We look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

We had a wonderful two nights at The Studio. The property was cozy and well equipped. A great location, close to restaurants, yet far enough away to feel secluded. The fire was on for our arrival, which was very welcome in the cool evening. We had a weekend of rain so were unable to enjoy the gardens, but of what we could see from the accommodation - it looked beautiful. Carole was warm, welcoming and very responsive. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time.

What a wonderful stay at Shac du Lac, we were on an extended visit from the Uk and it proved to be the perfect “bolt hole” while visiting our son and family in Newhaven. The listing was absolutely spot on, Deni was such an approachable and super friendly host & always available if needed and the “Welcome Goodies” were absolutely second to none. Thank you Deni for your care and attention to detail, we certainly hope to be back again xx

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

Was a fantastic stay and one we wish was longer.. so peaceful and serene views. The hospitality was fantastic and so generous in supplies for hot drinks and breakfast. Split systems in each room kept us all cozy and the views were beautiful.
