As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. A getaway beach holiday overlooking Kananook Creek and across the road from the pristine Seaford Beach. Wake up to a sunrise view from your bed. In summer enjoy a day at the beach or in winter enjoy snuggling up front of the cosy open fire. Explore the walking tracks, wetlands, bird life, cafes, restaurants or take a drive to the Mornington Penninsula to world renown wineries and ocean beaches.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

The Little House - 1 Queen bed, Netflix, Wi-Fi

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.

Seaford SeaScape

Only 5 minute walk to the beach, this fully detached suite comfortably sleeps two, with free WIFI. A ten minute walk to Seaford Station and village, enjoy walks on the trail network or with your toes in the sand! Close to wineries and surf beaches! The spacious backyard is shared with host family, but your privacy is respected.

The studio is at one end of the main house and has its own separate driveway, entrance and courtyard. Recently renovated, the space is fresh and clean and comfortable. A Lovely lounge area with a wood fire, and great views of the trees, generous king size bed, dining area adjoining a well equipped Kitchen.
