The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

house was perfect for us.. we had a function in Freo on the weekend. everything we needed.. we didn't realise there would be someone in the front of the house which was not an issue, but gave us a fright when we heard noises... hehe...thoroughly enjoyed our stay..thanks Rebecca for being easily contactable.

Had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The beach was just a short walk away, which made morning strolls and sunset views so convenient. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway and near to Fremantle attractions. So you have the best of both. I especially loved the cozy attic space; it added so much charm to the stay. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. All the welcome details and essentials were thoughtfully prepared — you can tell they’ve put real effort into making guests feel at home. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking a place in Fremantle!

The property is huge and perfect for family retreat. The location might be a bit off from key attractions but its proximity to Fremantle/Mandurah/Rockingham simply excellent for those likes beaches and outdoor activities.

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Really nice house in Fremantle. The street itself is rather quiet but many cafes and restaurants are just around the corner.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

I spent a week at Michael's place, both solo for work purposes, then with my family for a long weekend. Michael's place was a wonderful home away from home. Michael was a responsive and friendly host, and was quick to come to the property when I thought there was an issue with the hot water system (there wasnt - it just takes a bit of time to warm up!). I wouldnt hesitate to stay at Michael's place again. We are always looking for great places in Fremantle to stay as we visit often from our home in WA's south west. I highly recommend Michael's place.

Lovely Freo home - super close to monument hill and all the hotspots of Freo. Super comfy beds, cute little front courtyard area and the hosts were so friendly. They gave us an early check in which was much appreciated. Thank you for hosting us.

Great little pet friendly cottage in the heart of South Fremantle. Easy to find, close to some of our favourite South Freo restaurants, cafes & pubs, the Fremantle Sailing Club and the awesome dog beach. Communication with host representatives was extremely professional; and the amenities provided were perfect for our needs. We loved our little staycation and will definitely look to stay at this accommodation again.

Such a fantastic BNB to stay at ... Dawn has put so much love and care into this property ... Her BNB Guests are the priority & she has considered their needs through every aspect ... Double glazed windows through out the property are brilliant and create the most peaceful environment for sleeping at night and insulating against the weather ... There is quality heating & cooling in all rooms ... A new washing machine ... Comfortable couches ... Comfortable king size bed ... Security fly screens on both the front and back main entry doors (sometimes you just do not get this in a BNB) - loved these as you can open the doors for fresh air while feeling safe ... the car port is right next to the house and it provides excellent coverage for your car (a 4WD Lancruiser Wagon fits really well) ... The front garden is a little sanctuary and beautifully designed - very private as it has a tall, secure fence out the front ... Dawn is a generous Host with consumables too. We will be back x

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing experience staying at this house. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Adrian and Jo were incredibly kind and responsive. We were especially grateful for their flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which made our travel day so much smoother. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. We were 3 couples and all of us found the place cosy and comfortable. Even though we checked in very late, we managed to find the house and gained access. Laura has proactively sent us some quick snaps of the location of the lock box. The common areas of the dining and living was very comfortable and we spent every evening chatting, watching TV, snacking there. Husband and I used the ensuite master bedroom and it was comfortable. the bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep the moment I laid down. Bathroom was nicely laid out. Throughout the house Laura had been generous in providing the necessary toiletries, cleaning products and coffee/tea for our use (Thank you, Laura). The only challenge I faced was that the hand-held shower was too high for my height. So I used the relaxing rain shower. Laura was very quick to respond to my enquiries and offered help as well. Thank you, Laura, for providing such a comfortable stay so that we enjoyed our week in Perth tremendously.

Such a great place to stay. Prime location to beach, cafe’s & restaurants. Plenty of space, we had a 1year old, plenty of toys to keep him occupied. Above and beyond what we expected. We had a late booking, Emma was lovely to deal with, very responsive and Very accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful gem in South Freo. As a group of friends, we appreciated the spacious home, the split levels allowed us to have our own space while also spending quality time together in the communal areas. It was handy to have 2 entrances to chose from depending if we were going to nearby cafes & restaurants or for a stroll to the beach. While we absolutely loved the bedroom at the top level with beautiful balcony &open plan mezzanine that overlooks the lounge - future guests should note that while there is privacy in terms of the bed, if other guests stay up later in the lounge room it is noticeable to the top bedroom as the mezzanine overlooks the lounge so others in the lounge can be heard & lights on. It was not a problem for us but something to note. Also for future guests there is a freight train that runs across the road which can be heard from the upstairs bedroom overnight, again not a problem for us. Great location, peaceful area & hosts super responsive & helpful. Thanks!
