The property is perfect for small groups of friends and family who enjoy peaceful country life. The house sleeps 5 people and is dog-friendly.

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

A small but cozy bungalow on a quiet property bordering a state park. Explore river towns along the Delaware including Frenchtown, New Hope and Lambertville. Take a morning walk along the canal, enjoy a quiet dinner outside at the table for two, then end the night relaxing by the chiminea.

Queen bed with organic cotton pillows. There is no kitchen, but feel free to bring your own cooler. Cooled by fans in the warmer months, a breezy spring/summer/fall Delaware River destination. Recently added baseboard heat for a cozy winter stay. Please note there is no kitchen or air conditioning
