Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. A short drive to a choice of amazing beaches and short walks; Maria Island and local eateries. You can relax in the boat shed by day and in the evening, gaze at the stars by the warmth of the fire pit.

A secluded retreat surrounded by the Freycinet National Park. At the gateway to the Wineglass Bay walks, the beachhouse at the Fisheries is directly under the Hazards mountains. Surrounded by biodiversity and rare species, and a short walk to the private Parsons Cove beach. Native wallabies and echidnas roam the garden. Relax with a book on one of the two decks in the treetops or watch the birds. Perfect for couples or families. Children love exploring the garden and surrounds.

We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
