Holiday rentals with beach access in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

Caterina personally welcomed us and provided us with tips and was always easily accessible during our stay. Your apartment is spacious, well laid out and ideally located. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores and a large Despar are easily accessible. The apartment has been recently renovated and newly furnished. You can tell from many details that it is used as a private family apartment: washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron may be used. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need in terms of appliances, dishes and basic equipment. The apartment was exceptionally clean. 2 small disadvantages: If the air conditioning and dishwasher ran at the same time, the circuit breaker tripped several times. The neighbors upstairs were often quite noisy even during the night. In summary, the apartment is ideally suited for a family of up to six people. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time at Mauro's. The apartment was the perfect size and we felt very comfortable. The terrace was decorated with beautiful flowers and trees, which I liked very much. Communication with Mauro worked out great and he is a very nice host. You have to walk a bit from the location to the beach, but that has never hurt anyone. Right in front of the door, there are also bus stops to Trieste or the airport. The bus comes every 15-20 minutes, which is great. We can recommend it with all our hearts. Thank you so much for having us!

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

Teresa was very welcoming, a delightful woman. The apartment is across the street from a beautiful park with easy access to the ocean. Low key area with bus stop in front of the apartment for trips into Trieste proper. Wonderful stay.

We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very cozy and everything was clean. We could also enjoy breakfast on the terrace and let the bathing suits dry. The check-in was great and Michele was very helpful and also gave us some insider restaurant tips. The apartment is well located. Playground for our child nearby, as well as the beach (about 250 m / free beach about 450 m).

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

We had an amazing stay in Bibione – thank you so much, Umberto! We’ve never had such a kind and flexible host. We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

Very nice place, located in the middle of the pine forest behind Bibione Lido del Sole. The beach is less than a km away, but Lucia still provided us with 4 bicycles to get around both the beach and along the beautiful waterfront bike path. Perfect place to enjoy Bibione beach, but also, if you want, for day trips (for example, we went to Venice on a bad day). Very kind Lucia who welcomed us personally, which is increasingly rare for those who host on airbnb.

Absolutely fantastic location, extremely clean and suitable for our party of 6. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 15-day stay at Gerhard's. Communication before and after the stay was very good, friendly, and Gerhard was always very responsive. He explained everything that was useful for us to know and gave us very timely directions on possible visits to the surroundings, the beaches... He was concerned to know if we were feeling well. His accommodation is really very nice, spacious, well-equipped and perfect for a vacation. The location at the top of the hill of Muggia is excellent, with a very spacious and well-appointed terrace, lawn, plants, and a magnificent view of the gulf that leads to Trieste, the sea and in the distance the hills towards Duino and Montefalcone. We really felt very good at Gerhard's, we rested and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We were able to discover very interesting places, and enjoy the sea. We'll be happy to go back!

We were there with two small children and could absolutely recommend the place. Great amenities, very nicely furnished, very centrally located. The air conditioning was perfect at 40°C outside. The landlords were helpful and nice at all times.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️

Beautiful apartment in the suburb of Grado. The bicycles (including 2 locks) were perfect for getting to the city via good bike paths. Even for our daughter (4 years, 100 cm) there was a bicycle, as well as a bicycle with a child seat for our 2-year-old son. The beach is only 2 minutes away on foot through a small garden gate. Bakers, restaurants and a small supermarket are also in close proximity. Erica was very accommodating and thanks to the video sent in advance, we were well informed before our arrival.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! We have already stayed in many apartments in Grado. None was as perfect and new as this one. There is a separate cellar compartment with bicycles and all kinds of beach accessories. The apartment has everything you need for a nice vacation. Mojca is very nice and helpful.
