Private hot outdoor shower. Home is updated on an ongoing basis. Always something new... :) Note: Airbnb is shifting all fees to hosts in fall 26 & thus asking hosts to raise nightly rates. Apologies, but we don't get the extra money — they do.

Very nice location. Easy walk to the beach. Access #31. View from upper deck is much better than photos indicate. 2 spacious bedrooms Main br with queen and bath. Second br with queen, bunk beds and bath. Large great room, 1/2 bath, and totally updated kitchen and washer/ dryer . 2 golf carts provided plus 4 bikes. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Bikes are provided. Pet friendly for one dog. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom villa with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 bunk beds. Pack n’ play and high chair available. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
