[Entire Edomachiya for 6 people] Private medicinal herb sauna | Wano Retreat Hitoiki | Omotesando Building | Within walking distance of the station, Lake Biwa, and restaurants

This plan allows you to rent the entire “Machiya with Sauna” property, located on the grounds of a traditional machiya house dating back to the Edo period. The guest rooms are housed in a traditional machiya, while the sauna is located in a converted warehouse, creating a layout that separates the accommodation and wellness areas. Opened in 2023. Two independent rooms are located within the same building, offering a total of approximately 1,076 sq. ft. of spacious living area. Whether you are traveling as two households or in a mixed-gender group, you can enjoy your stay while maintaining an appropriate level of personal space. The medicinal herb sauna, located in a renovated warehouse on the property, is available for private use from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You can enjoy the cozy warmth unique to a storehouse surrounded by thick earthen walls. There are no knives or stoves, so you can't cook, but there are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. You are free to go out to town and enjoy a meal, or bring back side dishes and spend time in your room. Please spend a carefree time in a townhouse without a TV. - Access - ・ About 60 minutes from Kyoto/About 90 minutes from Osaka/About 70 minutes from Nagoya About 10 minutes on foot from JR Nagahama Station ・ About 40 minutes by car from Kansai's largest ski resort "Glance Snow Okuibuki" *In winter, studless tires are required depending on snow conditions *Due to the traditional wooden architecture, it is not soundproof or barrier-free

Self check-in. Stay in the Samurai Ruins area!

We renovated part of a house in Ichijodani to be exclusively for private lodging. It is conveniently located for walking around Ichinotani, with nearby Asaga Kasuga Shrine, which was the Asakura family's war victory prayer place, the Asakura family ruins of Shimosakado, the Asakura family ruins museum and JR Ichinotani station, the Asakura family ruins Karamon, and the restored street. There is a firefly spot nearby, and you can also find them on the premises. There is also good access to major tourist destinations in Fukui Prefecture, such as the Dinosaur Museum, Ski Jam Katsuyama, Eihei-ji Temple, Tojinbo, Shibamasa, and the Sand Dome. There are no restaurants, supermarkets, or drug stores nearby. The convenience store is also 2.5 km away. There is a moss garden on the premises and a lawn that is not well maintained, but if the timing is right, you can enjoy a private cherry blossom viewing and snow play on the premises. Because it is a rural area, there are insects and small animals around the facility and sometimes in the room. If you cannot tolerate encountering these, please refrain from booking. The capacity is 4 people, but it feels quite small for 4 adults. No smoking in the facility, including the toilet, bathroom, and under the kitchen ventilation fan. Please refrain from cooking outside the kitchen with a portable stove, etc. License number M180031406

Two rooms are independently arranged in one building, with a total of about 115㎡ of spacious space. Whether you're traveling with two households or staying in a group, you can stay at a reasonable distance. The on-site tea room sauna is available for private use between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Old-style house in Nagahama City (1st floor)

Nagahama City is an old castle town founded by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and as the inner sanctum of Kyoto, it is a town where you can enjoy historical sites, faith (shrines and Kannon culture), fine food and nature. We have turned this 100-year-old traditional Japanese house into an inn, as we would like to pass it on to future generations. Antiques offer a glimpse of Japanese wisdom and technology, and are somehow soothing to the soul. Please enjoy the traditional buildings and Japan's four seasons.
