Check-out time must be strictly adhered to. (To ensure time for cleaning) If you are late: 1,000 yen will be charged via Airbnb for every 10 minutes as a late fee. If cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or smoking are discovered, a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged and the police will be notified (damage report).
