Hello! My family and I stayed for 10 days at the home of hosts Carolina and Whellington. House with great structure according to advertisement. Sanitized and well-packaged bed and bath linens are available. The beach is so close, it's almost in the backyard. We are still grateful for the kindness and availability of the hosts, who welcomed us very well. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

AMAZING!!!! Welcoming a Grandmother's Home, that was the experience we had. Santa Cruz is a village full of beauty, culture and a history of resistance, a fishing village that I have had the honor of knowing for 30 years. Staying in Santa Cruz is a habit for me to recharge my batteries, but having such a welcoming experience was surreal! The house is impeccably clean, organized, with all the care of a grandmother's house. 🥰I felt so happy there sharing the weekend with the family. My children and I, along with my friend Gabi, prepared a beautiful breakfasts in the garden, with a 360* view of Rio Piraqueaçu, a sea arm with a beautiful mangrove around it. The house has a structure for the family to enjoy a barbecue on the balcony, which has a barbecue area and is right on the sand. This house is definitely My Beach House❤️. We'll be back soon. The apartment is great, super complete and clean, the location is also excellent, quiet and with markets, pharmacies and places to eat nearby. The view is simply beautiful, the only thing I thought was lacking was the cleanliness of the air conditioning in the suite, which is one of the simplest window ones, it was very dusty, I preferred not to turn it on. The host Tainá is very attentive, responds quickly and gives instructions in advance so that everything goes well.

It was an incredible experience to stay at Hélia's house... I recommend it with all my heart. Restaurants nearby, impeccable house, beaches a few meters away, gated community and much more... There are not enough compliments to give the house and Hélia...

Jorge was a very attentive host, even from a distance. He responded quickly to questions, helped us with any doubts that arose and was always very polite and courteous. The apartment is well structured, has everything you need for a quiet stay, the neighborhood is good and there are 2 laundries nearby that help a lot when you have very thick clothes that take longer to dry. I recommend everything.

We stayed in Rodrigo's apartment, in Praia da Costa, from Thursday to Sunday, and it was just wonderful! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well organized, comfortable and in an excellent location — close to the beach and with everything nearby. Rodrigo was a thoughtful and thoughtful host: he left bonbons, towels and bedding, which made all the difference in our arrival. I felt welcomed and very well received. You can go quietly, you will be very well installed. It would definitely return!

we had a great stay! The apartment is small, but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's entrance is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell that was in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. We cooked every day in the apartment, and it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. oh and we could also go shopping on foot. Great locale. We felt at home!

The apartment was very clean, tidy, new and well equipped. The shower is excellent and the bed very comfortable, impeccable bedding and a super-smelling blanket. The internet is great, we work without problems. To see that he paid much attention to every detail, as it has the necessary to make the meals and to have comfort. The location is very good, the waterfront is close and it is great for a walk. The mermaid beach next to the building is very good, clean and quiet. Pertinho has very good bakeries and restaurants that are worth the visit. Finally, the building is quiet and we feel very safe in the area.

I recommend the accommodation, Roberto was an excellent host, the apartment is just a cross of avenue because it is already on the seaside avenue, it was quiet and I'll come back quietly! An observation only that can help with the lodging, availability of dishcloth and a floor clothesline but this will probably provide by reading and commenting.

I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.
