Casa Auri is a traditional stone house, located in centre of Faial da Terra, an ideal location to explore the East part of São Miguel Island (67km/1h15’ from PDL airport). 1 double room with foam mattress 190cmX140cm. Sitting room: tv, wi-if, sofás. Equipped kitchen, bathroom (please check the lists). Patio, little garden, private parking. Near Casa Auri: famous trails like Salto do Prego, Sanguinho. This small village has a beach and little pool (lifeguards in Summer). Snack-bar, supermarket.

An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

The Chimney Houses are the recovery of an old traditional house. They were carefully created to promote a rural experience in a typical home, in a modern and comfortable environment. Consisting of three independent houses, it also has a large garden with a swimming pool, a small vegetable garden and orchard and a porch with a barbecue (shared by all guests). The view is stunning, with the sea and mountains within sight. Tranquility reigns. Here... we've been very happy.

The house was degraded, in ruins and was recovered by us during 2015. We seek to maintain the identity of the house, privileging the magnificent view and location in a quiet place conducive to a holiday where contact with the natural elements is a constant.

Casa do Forno offers a cozy area with living room and equipped kitchen, marked by the recovery of the stone that surrounds the oven and the original chimney (these only decorative). The house, with a good level of equipment and decoration, also has two double bedrooms - one with contemporary furniture and the other with vintage furnishings - and private sanitary facilities.
