The place is great for getting away from everyday life with friends or family. María, the host and the managers, Leonel and Fabiola are very kind, attentive and the communication is effective. The house comes with everything you need for your stay, I even think some spaces are bigger than you can get to appreciate in the photos. It's very comfortable, quiet place. I look forward to renting again.

Good place, excellent location. There are not 3 rooms. There are 2 with one of them with the 3rd room inside. I feel that the third party has no privacy. Clean but in poor condition bathrooms. The bathroom fee was too high, and a shower did not close and was dripping. In general, all kitchen utensils and other places. There are fans with strange sounds that can disrupt sleep. Leidy is a good and attentive person. A beautiful swimming pool, Very close to the village, the quinta house is close to the highway. It's also close to the river. I would come back, you can bring pets and it's nice for them. Good atmosphere for children and family.

We had an excellent weekend, everything was great at Jonathan's place. The only thing a little negative was the small mosquitoes, so it is recommended to carry quite repellent. As for the communication with Jonathan and Maribet who is the person in charge of handing over the estate, everything was quite fluid and very good service. The houses of Villa Mahia make being in that environment a beautiful experience. It's a place where we were able to share with the family and enjoy the natural pool. Carlos was always very attentive to our messages. They also gave us a market of vegetables produced right there!

The house is just as they describe it, a very nice place to share with family and friends. Very well thought out spaces to be several days and rest. The conditions of the house and the attention of the people in charge were very good. The entrance of the house is very close to a track so in some rooms you hear a little noise. Although they have polarized videos, the lack of curtains could wake some earlier. Notwithstanding this, the stay was very pleasant, I would recommend it and rent it again. It has a great capacity to accommodate several people comfortably

It was a pleasant and quiet stay, the house complies with everything promised, Guillermo was very attentive and kind always available in communication. The house was spotless in cleanliness and cleanliness, easy to get to with a small car just a section of track uncovered 400 meters but without difficulty. This place is amazing, I chose it for the photos and the location but the reality surprised us pleasantly, the photos do not do this place justice, it is too beautiful and with a lot of greenery, which makes it have a quite pleasant climate. Some references here say that there were many mosquitoes but the truth is that it is nothing that cannot be solved with a good repellent. The pool is a suitable size, there are the number of chairs and tables needed for a large group. It has all the necessary things to make roasts, any food you want to prepare, the mattresses are comfortable and clean, the spaces are spacious. It is 15 minutes from the village of Melgar so it is quite easy to find whatever it takes. The days we spent there with my family are truly unforgettable.

The accommodation was very good and beautiful as shown in the photos , it also has a clean and very comfortable The only recommendation I leave is that they should have more flexibility with the issue of handing over the keys. My parents wanted to return at 5 in the morning, but they couldn't because the lady who picks up the keys could only be there until 7 ,or they should have a box with a lock on the door where you can get in and take out the key independently.
