福島県の浜通り 常磐線「木戸駅｣から徒歩7分の場所にある築70年の古民家。震災で多くの被災家屋が解体されている状況の中、この古民家を再生・活用し、この場所を、この地域で暮らす方、働く方、支援者として関わる方々を含めた、地域コミュニティの交流の拠点としようと取り組んでいます。 この古民家を交流の生まれる民家に。この場所から色々な方々と、共に（Co-）が生まれる民家（minka）に。こうした意味をこめて、木戸の交民家 Co-minkaと名付けました。 古民家内の設備は充実しているとはいえませんが、築80年の趣きを感じていただきながら、この土地の暮らしを知っていただけたら幸いです。 近隣施設 Jヴィレッジ（徒歩10分）、道の駅ならは（徒歩7分）
