I rent a one-bedroom apartment in the area of New Gagr at Abazgaa street, 43/4 with beautiful mountain views. To the sea 5 min walk. Walking distance to market, water park, restaurants, cafes and canteens and canteens. The apartment has everything you need: Water (cold, hot all the time), air conditioner, TV, internet, internet (Wi-Fi), washing machine, microwave oven, hair dryer, towels, fully equipped kitchen, beach accessories (umbrella, sunbeds). The apartment is located on the first line from the sea. The beach is 50 m away. Within a walking distance there are a lot of shops, cafes, canteens. The beach is quite free even in the peak season. In November, we did a complete overhaul, new furniture, European plumbing. We did it as if for ourselves. I live in Rostov myself, this is a vacation apartment. There is also a high chair for feeding. WiFi Internet, TV is connected.

Air conditioning. Cozy open balcony where you can spend time in the morning and evening. Near the embankment, water park, market, 24-hour store in the house. There is an extra bed (folding bed). 4th floor in a five-story building.
