Jacek's accommodation is spectacular! Perfect for a family vacation or with friends! All the amenities in one place, plus a beautiful view! We enjoyed it very much!

The apartment exceeded our expectations: beautiful, functional, and fully equipped. The common areas are spectacular: pools, rooftop, and lounge areas with unparalleled views. On the first floor, there are restaurants and shops with everything you need. El Rodadero is a 15-minute walk away, but we suggest driving. The nearby beach is perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets, without the hustle and bustle of other areas, although a little dirty, but nothing serious. Esther and her mom were attentive and clear, making the check-in/out process very simple. Zero problems! Recommended 100%! A memorable experience.

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

Beautiful place. Good services and kindness. It is important to keep in mind that upon arrival you are asked for an additional payment for a handle to be able to enter. It was not a problem (manageable value) but this information had not been so clear to me when separating the site.

Very clean and very well equipped, comfortable beds and pillows, impeccable bathrooms, the view is spectacular, with a good location, excellent social areas and good service!

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Taxis in front, buses a block away, restaurants nearby and at home, private security, and not to mention the hotel's amenities. We loved it! We hope to return someday

Awesome place! Perfect for a family trip. It’s close to the beach and the airport, and very cost-effective. The hosts are amazing—May is always happy to help and has great local contacts for things like food delivery right to the house and reliable taxi or van rides. Mildre also cooks delicious meals! We had an excellent experience—my family enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

Excellent house just steps from the beach, the private pool and the view from the balcony are unique. We really liked being able to have the choice of several tables to eat, outside, ebn the counter or in a spacious dining room. Fernanda helped us all the time and the house was perfect for what we wanted. We'll be back.

We loved our stay at Santiago’s place. Santiago was incredibly communicative and always made himself available. He left very clear instructions for arriving at the apartment and responded immediately when our taxi was lost. It was great to have access to the private beach with a beautiful view, and the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from town. If you don’t have a car or moto, the driveway is quite steep so be prepared for a workout. We also liked to take a shortcut to town — walk 5 minutes, down some hostel’s steep driveway, and cut across the beach. Our only issue was the lack of air and ventilation in the apartment. It felt quite stuffy and it was hard to ventilate the room without a screen door of some sort to keep the bugs out. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Santiago!

Excellent apartment, everything very clean, organized, the towels and sheets of the best quality, there was everything in the kitchenware, the photos totally matched what the apartment is. Leidy, the person who received us is very kind and the owner David was always looking out for us, giving us useful information for our stay. In conclusion, we will return to this place without hesitation... Thanks David.

I would definitely stay at this place again. Luis was an excellent host , always attentive to any situation, the attention of place in general is very good, all the staff is attentive and friendly. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay , has a very good location , by the sea front and tourist places a few minutes away.

My family was simply happy, the apartment is located in an area with easy access to everything, it has a beautiful view of the beach, it was perfect for the group, and it felt like being at home, fluid communication with both Bernard and Mrs. Francia who turned out to be a sweetheart
