The property sits proudly above the coastal path just a stone’s throw from the ocean and a charming little beach. The larger beach of Casa Boa is only a 5 m walk from the house. Despite its secluded location, the small and enjoyable towns of Noia & Porto do Son are within easy reach by car (Santiago de Compostela 30 minutes).

You are right on the river shore ,surrounded by oak forest and old walking trails. A very peaceful spot. El terreno linda con el rio Verdugo en la que se puede encontrar pozas aptos para el bano .

The house, built in the mid-19th century, has been completely renovated, maintaining the essence of stone and wood, to offer a cozy and unique stay.

A stone house with a private pool and jacuzzi, recently restored, 140 m2 distributed over two floors. On the ground floor is the hallway that leads to a large and open space, where there is: the living room with a fireplace, smart TV, chaise longue sofa, the dining room and the kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with their bathrooms. From this floor you can access the terrace and the large garden where the private pool and jacuzzi are located.

Coenga Chapel

Old chapel restored as a home in one of the most emblematic estates for making Ribeiro wine. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century. The chapel dedicated to Santiago, along with the manor house, belonged to the Cabildo De Santiago, which personally exploited it due to its wealth in the production of the highly valued Ribeiro wine.
