Bay Vue Villa comfortably sleeps up to 6, is a 5 min drive to the nearest beach & 10 mins to St John’s. Enjoy the magnificent views from inside the open plan living room/eat-in kitchen or the outside patio with a heated infinity pool & outdoor dining /bbq. Complimentary amenities include wifi, internet tv, NETFLIX, washer/dryer, stand by generator, beach towels, portable cooler, beach chairs & umbrellas (see pictures). Our spacious 2 floor villa is adjacent to an island waterway and less than 100 yards from the breathtaking Caribbean sea. You're within walking distance from several wonderful restaurants. Boat tours and water sports are available, with pick ups for some of these tours departing right from our personal dock. Parking and laundry are available at no extra charge on site.

We are perched atop a hill with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean Sea and the capital, St. Johns. The apartment is 10 minutes from the airport, downtown St. Johns, and the beach, so it is very well located. The apartment has its own entrance so you have privacy. A bottle of our homemade rum punch awaits you when you arrive! Breakfast is available for order. Just ask! All types of people are welcome. :-)
