Chuveiros com aquecimento por boiler externo. Espaço com churrasqueira. Fácil acesso a prainha em frente a casa - 50 metros. Piscina sem proteção/barreira. Crianças menores de 6 anos devem ter a supervisão de um adulto responsável nesse espaço. Aceitamos pets de pequeno porte, taxa de R$ 150,00, para até 2 pets, 4 cadeiras de praia.

River view from front deck, where you can have your meals. Walking distance to beach, dunes, surf trails, mountain. Close to city center, yet secluded in the green. Queen bed, air conditioning, huge bathroom with garden view, solar water heating. Bird and whale watching (Jun-Oct). Bike rides. Stand up and kayak.

From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.
