This stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment was spotless clean with beautifully decorated interior. 24hr security is given to the complex and the layout of the apartment was perfect. Hirushke and his family were very helpful and responsive. Communication was great. Also the apartment was well equipped. It had a microwave, electric kettle, clothing iron and the whole apartment was air conditioned. Overall our experience with them was 10/10. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We’re looking forward to our next stay already.

The villa is very nice and even though the owner was out of town they arranged their family to give and take the keys. The terrace is huge and the villa is spacious.

I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. We booked 'A place' for a group of 6. The place was exactly as seen in pictures. 'Dilan' - the host was always available for questions. He gave us a good tour and encouraged to use all the amenities. The home caretaker 'Anusha' was on the property 24*7 and available to assist in the group activities and daily chores. We were also introduced to a local guide 'Champika' who virtually got everything done for us. Since, we didn't speak Singalese, Dilan and Champika made sure all our needs were taken care of. Over all: - Great place and Stay - Friendly and helpful Host - Excellent care taker and his availability - Very reliable and trustworthy people - No hidden charges or trying to squeez extra It was a wonderful experience over all. I highly recommend this place for a Professional meeting, Family or friends get together. Nice and Quite with access to the beach right there!! And most importantly - 'Friendly, trustworthy and reliabile' people for a stay in a foreign country!!!

A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

There’s neither ceiling fan nor a/c in the kitchen( • The house hasn't been cleaned well before check-in + • Spacious villa, plenty of rooms, couches and beds • The host, Mr. Gayan, fixed broken a/c extremely quickly! He recharged the internet few times, as well! • Really wonderful furniture, smart TV, automatic gate. All necessary amenities in the kitchen! • Really friendly Gayan's father-in-law, Mr. Dissanayake, who let us come in. And he shared with us some local food several times. And even gave us a lift to the airport for free! I'd highly recommend to rent this villa. It's absolutely cozy, comfortable and unforgettable experience!

In a nutshell, the whole layout of the house was beyond expectations and matched Australian standards. Everything was pristinely clean and the kitchen was fully equipped and even included an air fryer. Though we didn't cook during our six-week stay, as our friends and family supplied our meals, we appreciate the amenities. The beautiful garden and the peaceful and secure neighbourhood, made us feel safe as if we were in our own home. The owner's father who lived nearby was very helpful and approachable. Every little detail has been addressed and even the universal plugs and switchboard were thoughtfully provided for our own appliances. Another major attraction and a favourite was the washing and drying space provided on the rooftop, which gave us a good view of the surrounding area and the wildlife. Can be fully recommended to anyone who values a clean, peaceful and spacious home while travelling.

We had a wonderful stay at the Colombo Residence. Ample space, air conditioning in all rooms and common gathering areas, restaurants and grocery options close by, comfortable beds. The highlight for us was the caretaker, Kumara, who lives there with his lovely wife. He was very responsive to our needs, cooked up tasty Sri Lankan breakfasts every morning, and so kind to our children. Would recommend to all.

A beautifull , relaxing and lovely home with loads of fruits and exotic veg on the garden. Well secured and Mr. Gamini is very friendly and helpfull , priyanga was very helpful and easy to communicate.. and very close to most of the places..loved the stay..

Mr. Gamini’s apartment in Cinnamon Gardens is a quiet and easily accessible location, perfect for tuk rides and food deliveries. The apartment is well-maintained, featuring a spacious, comfortable, and clean room with nice furniture and all necessary amenities. Mr. Gamini is an excellent host, always responsive and reachable anytime. The place is stocked with all essentials, including a continuous supply of drinking water and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Mr. Gamini and his family are very hospitable, helpful, and supportive always. Gamini is also a great cook, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious soup he provided. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend Mr. Gamini’s place to other guests.

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Host was very friendly and helpfull very nice guy. I really reccommend the place. It was a wonderful stay! She is an incredibly sweet hostess who goes 100% for you and thinks along! She took us to the local market, a boat trip and even gave cooking class! Her space is very cool with a beautiful garden, rooftop roof terrace and even a garden in the house. Inside it's like a museum with unique stuff from all over the world! Highly recommended

The owner, Mariya, and her daughter picked us up from the airport late at night and greeted us with lovely cinnamon tea at the bungalow. They are considerate and provide us with anything we request without questioning why. We just spent a night here with an authentic Ceylon breakfast the next day (notify them of your menu the day in advance; it is paid). As asked, they gave us a tour of their house. It is a beautiful bungalow. Even though we were only there for a few hours, we had a great time. They made sure we were safe every other day. All in all, a must-see location for a tranquil stay with an ancient feel.

Clean and well maintained new apartment with everything you need. Enjoyed the convenience of being in close proximity to all the main attractions, supermarkets, restaurants, quick access to public transport & cab service.This would be a great spot to call holiday home base while you explore different parts of Sri Lanka. Great place to stay in. I loved the garden and the area in general plus the host is very hospitable. In the beginning he did not know we were arriving, I think because of a technical issue. However, he didn't turn us away, instead welcomed us at 3 in the morning and prepared with his family the house for us and even made us tea. Highly recommended!
