country cottage Verdure and silence

Dans son écrin de verdure le gîte propose un havre de paix à la campagne. La maison est indépendante dans une propriété équestre. Nous sommes au bout de la route, après c'est la campagne. Elle permet de se ressourcer loin de la circulation. La maison optimise l'espace et l'escalier est un peu raide. Malheureusement elle ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Avant de louer on doit toujours communiquer ici on est dans la réalité campagnarde et on se méfie du virtuel..

This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
