Beautiful Lake House with pool and hot tub!

Gorgeous Lake House in the Lochwood subdivision! Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

A grassy yard is framed by tall trees, creating shaded areas for relaxation. Bright red lounge chairs are positioned near the shoreline, overlooking the lake. In the distance, people can be seen enjoying the waterfront, with clear blue water and a scenic backdrop of the mountains.
