This industrial-style, double-volume loft has high ceilings and exposed brick walls with a relaxed local feel. The comfortably furnished duplex apartment sleeps two and is suitable for both corporate travelers and holiday makers. The bedroom and bathrooms are upstairs, with open-plan living area on the lower floor. There are two large balconies, one on each floor. Superfast uncapped Fibre Internet 50/50 Mbps The space was designed by my Architect to give an inner city industrial loft feel. The usage of space was one of the most important factors as is evident in the design. Guests have access to the whole apartment & a secure underground parking bay (Sec 57) I stay close by so will attend to requests made but for the most part, this is a self- catering apartment for independent guests. Please don't hesitate to ask should you need info about the city or places to visit. The loft is located on Bree Street—the new and trendiest street in Cape Town. It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town. Step back in time in this renovated 110-year-old building. The vast open-plan apartment features soaring ceilings, a blend of industrial finishes and boutique design, and pops of color throughout, as well as a spiral staircase to a raised bedroom. Extremely spacious and bright. Floor to ceilings are 4,5 meters. It’s well equipped with custom made furniture, art books, and fast internet/Netflix premium. The entire apartment. The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.
