Nice and lovely house Bordeaux Chartrons

Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

I offer my 50 m² house, 10 min from the train station and the tram leading to the city center in 20 min. The street is quiet, without noise from trains. Ground floor: Equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, veranda and terrace. Floor: Bedroom (bed 160) with balcony, bathroom. Amenities: Supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby at the foot of the train station. Paid parking, free visitor space upon request. Towels not provided. Enjoy and make yourself at home!

Composed on the ground floor of 1 bedroom and an office overlooking a patio, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Upstairs, a master bedroom with bathroom, a dining room and a living room overlooking a terrace that is not overlooked. The garage in which we provide 2 adult bikes does not allow you to park a car because it is quite narrow. The vehicle can park for free on the street in front of the house or in the parking lot of an office building located 50 meters away.
