Holiday rentals with breakfast in Garfield County

Wonderful stay!!! Incredible homemade breakfast made by the host himself. Super cozy and wonderful location!

Our family had a very comfortable stay at Michael and Jane's place. Michael was always available for any questions we had and very prompt in replying to us. He maintained constant communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had no problem finding their house with Google Maps, but Michael also gave us detailed instructions in case we had any trouble finding their house. I would definitely recommend House of Joy 5 star for your Aspen visit if you don't mind the 30 minute drive to Aspen.

Wonderful house. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Very nice hosts. Felt right at home. All in all great experience!

I loved staying in the Rio Grande suite. It was very private with its own bathroom. The space was very well maintained and cleaned. It was in walking distance of shops and restaurants and a short drive to Iron Mountain Hot Spring pools. Ryan made a delicious French toast with strawberry yogurt served with fresh fruits! There was fresh brewed coffee every morning and home made baked treats! Ten out of ten recommend and would stay again!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a ski weekend at Aspen. Michael and Jane were great hosts. They sent me the door code to check-in whenever we were done skiing the first day (we drove from Boulder), let us use their brand new hot tub, and were very friendly and welcoming! They even took time to cook breakfast for us, which was wonderful. While this is a more modest option amongst the luxury condos of Aspen, if you aren't expecting glitz and glamour the cozy atmosphere of the house will more than satisfy.

Fantastic, peaceful stay in a beautiful home. Location is perfect and close to everything on foot. Great amenities and friendly, attentive hosts. Will for sure return!

Great location- close to dining, shopping, and activities but private and peaceful. Amazing views, pictures don't do it justice! They had everything we needed for our stay, high end kitchen appliances and dishes/ utensils. Outdoor spaces were great, we enjoyed the new hot tub and spectacular views from it! Would definitely stay here again!
