Accommodation on the first floor of a townhouse, 5 minutes from all shops by bike. (Access via exterior stairs). Parking across the street from the listing to park your vehicle. The kitchen includes a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob. You will also find a bedroom with a 140 bed and a living room with a single bed. - 10 mins to the downtown by bike - public parking lot in front of the apartment or 1 min to another public parking lot - apparently upstairs

Come and enjoy a stopover in this pretty 85 m2 house on the edge of Creuse. It offers all amenities. You will be a 5/10-minute walk to the shops of Argenton. I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Ideal accommodation for a weekend for families, couples or colleagues to work, up to 6 beds. Bed linen and towels provided. Private car park A20 is 10 minutes away and the train station is a 1 km walk.

The environment is very peaceful, the terrace is not overlooked, and there are fields as far as the eye can see with roe deer passing through.

Chalet of 19 m2 with 140 cm bed (+ extra bed 1 person or baby bed on request), equipped kitchen area, shower, private toilet outside, heating, air conditioning, fan, shaded terrace, hammock, plancha... Available: free boat, tandem rental, bike rental for rides, baptism in old Peugeot 203 car by reservation. One animal on a leash accepted.

Our house is located in the heart of a small quiet village ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, itself inscribed in a bucolic environment that had conquered George SAND at the time. We offer a 4-room guest apartment of 65 m2 on the first floor of an old house with individual access by external staircase. Even if the rental is only for one room, the entire apartment is exclusively reserved for this rental.

Small Berry house in the heart of the grove

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Important ; des escaliers sont présents à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la maison (voir le plan avec les photos). Elle ne convient donc pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
