We are within walking distance (9 blocks) to the Media/Elwin SEPTA Regional Rail, which takes you to Center City Philadelphia. We are also only a one-mile walk to the beautiful Swarthmore College Campus. We are 2.5 miles from I-476, I-95, supermarkets, restaurants, and the Springfield Mall. Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

My family and I had a nice stay. It was easy to get to from the Philadelphia airport. The house and the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Kat, the hostess, was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely choose Kat’s house again!

When I called him the day before we left we had a pleasant brief conversation. He asked me what brought us to the area and I told him that it was my son’s 6th birthday and that he loved the Franklin institute. After an arduous trip leaving NYC. We finally arrived and were so amazed by the peaceful vibe of the place. And then we got in and opened the fridge and there was a birthday cake with a candle for my son!!! We were just stunned. In a world where it feels like everyone is just trying to out-mean each other, Jack and his peaceful home are just a rare and wonderful find.

Host was very accommodating and home was even more impressive in person. One of the best properties I’ve experienced. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the warm fireplace, comfy beds, great water pressure in showers, nice linens, and gourmet kitchen. Will definitely consider this home again next time our travels bring us to this area.

Can they add a 6 stars for one of the best Airbnb I have ever stayed, the place was immaculate and beautiful. Anne was amazing , super helpful and attentive. Anytime you visit Allentown, Reading or Philadelphia, I recommend Anne’s place, I promise you is worth the stay and the reassurance of beautiful place in safe neighborhood.
