Really well-equipped duplex apartment for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, any more would be cramped. Close to all amenities, bread, grocery store, local products, pizzeria. We had a great time at David's apartment. It is conveniently located at the foot of the slopes (it is 100m from the Le Baliu track). If you want to get to the city center in the car, there's the shuttle that passes right next door. In addition, it is very well equipped with an oven and a large fridge/freezer, the bedding is very cozy and there are many duvets for the chilly. The pool and hammam of the residence are also very nice.

We are delighted with our stay, the accommodation was really very pleasant as well as the amenities offered!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was neat, clean and everything we needed was present. The complex is neat and quiet and equipped with a good swimming pool. A few minutes' walk from the coast where there are a few restaurants and bars. With a 30-minute walk along the coast you are in St Jean de Luz, which is also well worth it. Michel (the host) goes above and beyond to make the stay happy!

We traveled a marriage with three children and spent 4 pleasant days in this apartment. The services and location were good for us. Everything corresponded to the listing and the communication was fluid. We're just missing some more comfortable pillows. We spent 4 nights in this RB accommodation, located in a hotel, very cozy ,clean and well decorated. The accommodation is as in the photos ,very clean ,well decorated , spacious ,well-equipped, well heated and functional. The place is quiet , parking in front and opposite. Easy access and well explained by the host. We'll be happy to go back.

Flexible check-in, 1 night stay. The concierge is very responsive. The value for money is very good, the furniture and decor are outdated but at the price we pay we don't pay attention.
