Super week-end au chalet de Gilles ! Un hôte tellement sympathique . L’endroit est merveilleux et super propre . Le lit dans les chambre des maître est ultra confortable. Le paysage est a couper le souffle. Nous y retourneront assurément 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay for our 50th anniversary. beautiful surroundings and very relaxing time. the cottage had good amenities and we would recommend staying for a relaxing get away, for a peaceful time in the country side. John & Sally

Wow. The views of the lake from from this place are absolutely stunning! We had a great time and were very comfortable here. We loved the hot tub and the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided for use on the lake. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a tranquil place near Ottawa.

This was our second time at Stephane’s place and it was just as we remembered. A very special place. It is a great place to relax, enjoy some peace and quiet and reconnect with nature. All while listening to some great music and discovering the small amusing details. Thank you for sharing your incredible place. We needed and enjoyed our time here.

Tout était parfait et très propre. La cuisine est complète. L,endroit est magnifique . Le lac et la nature est incroyable. Je n'avais pas tout à fait compris qu'il y avait un 4km de chemin de terre avant d'arriver. La personne qui m'accompagnait avait une voiture basse, elle a passé mais avec précaution. C'est seulement pour aviser sinon le reste est parfait. Le spa, le foyer, le quai tout est magnifique.

Thanks for a great stay. We had everything we needed in the house with wonderful access to a lovely sandy beach. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards to explore the expansive shoreline. The location is near some walking trails in the woods which our dog really enjoyed. The cottage was adjacent a public beach which was busy on the weekends, however nice and siren on the weekdays to sit and watch the sunrise. We would certainly recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. it was an unusually cold weekend so we couldn't go in the lake, but we made great use of the hot tub and fire place! Would definitely return!

Location was great. The place was as described. We had a good time. Kevin was also very responsive and fixed a small issue for us quickly upon arrival. Would recommend

Kiara was a great host. Friendly approachable , attentive and proactive. Her home is lovely, the surroundings were beautiful and the docks were well maintained , which was a plus , as we brought our boat to explore the river and spent tons of time watching otters, eagles, herons, fish ( and fishermen floating by!) from the dock. The beds and sheets were luxurious, which was so very welcome as we stayed for two weeks. I read in the reviews about the “bonus goats” and chickens but truly didn’t recognize how important they are to encouraging relaxation !! Loved the whole experience. Thank you, thank you!

J’ai passé un séjour absolument ressourçant dans ce magnifique chalet. L’endroit est paisible, entouré de nature, avec plusieurs espaces confortables et intimes où l’on peut vraiment décrocher. Les chambres sont bien espacées les unes des autres, ce qui permet à chacun de profiter de moments de calme et d’intimité. Laura est une hôte attentionnée et toujours disponible en cas de besoin, tout en respectant notre tranquillité. Et que dire du lac… un véritable havre de paix. L’eau est claire, le paysage superbe. C’est un endroit parfait pour se reconnecter avec soi-même ou simplement savourer le silence. Je repars reposée, heureuse, et déjà nostalgique. Je recommande ce petit coin de paradis sans hésiter.

This place is really lovely, peaceful and quiet. The grounds are gorgeous and everything in the home was really well stocked and nicely furnished. Just a note that it was cold and we didn’t use the screened in dining/living area. It is open air, so be mindful. We would recommend! Great remote getaway!

Had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the place was super peaceful and cozy. Perfect spot to just chill and unwind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with some incredible scenery. Erica is a great host!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was beautiful and clean. The dock and beach area were pristine. We used all of the available kayaks and peddle boat. The kitchen had everything we needed. The lake itself was calm and beautiful-we had a great time exploring and fishing. We definitely recommend. Great memories were made!

Angelina and Kevin were great hosts and so responsive. The chalet was well equipped for whatever was required. The family and I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for those with a large family or large group of friends. So peaceful, relaxing and tranquil.

Le chalet et le terrain sont magnifiques ! Nous avons passé une merveilleuse fin de semaine a profiter du lac et du beau temps ! L’hôte était très réceptif et les instructions était très clair ! Je le recommande fortement ! 😀

An amazing stay! This place was perfect for a weekend getaway, not far from Ottawa, the lake was amazing! The only thing that was a shame is that there were only two kayaks, but the neighbour was SO kind as to let us a few more, (and maybe the smell of water, but to be expected..!)! Overall, it was very relaxing time, the home is beautiful and the hosts were very kind!

Dayna and David are INCREDIBLE hosts. They took care of every detail and looked after us when we were effectively snowed in. Their home is creative, beautiful, peaceful, spacious. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The whole neighbourhood is gorgeous and talk about lovely people! We want to come back in the summer. And the sauna! Let me tell you, in the winter, this was the sweetest treat. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience and how we were treated - like close friends. They get my highest recommendation.

un merveilleux week-end entre amis, même s'il ne faisait pas très chaud, nous avons adoré profiter de la vue sur le lac et pêcher 2 beaux achigans!! Le chalet était confortable, il y avait des jeux de société et même la télé (Crave) pour les moments tranquilles. Chris nous a accomodé avec l'heure de départ et répondait très vite à mes messages! Nous étions à 30 minutes environ des activités que nous avons choisis dans le parc de la Gatineau. C'était parfait pour se déconnecter !

We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with the place. Clean,well stocked with supplies,beds were fairly comfortable. Meghan was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. Would recommend to anyone to stay there if in the area. Thanks again!

On a reçu un accueil chaleureux de Guylène à notre arrivée et un peu avant notre départ. La communication a été très facile et bien reçue de sa part également. Le logement et l'emplacement sont très mignons et plusieurs activités disponibles à proximité. Merci encore pour l'accueil!
