We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Nice clean apartment in a very good location, just 2 streets down from the cathedral and main town sqaure. Only the bedroom has A/C but it worked very well and quickly.

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

The place is exactly as the photos show, I was for work in Santo Domingo together with a group of comrades, so we could not enjoy the house as much as we would have liked, however, it maintains an open and pleasant concept, the area is quiet and allows you to easily move anywhere in Santo Domingo.

José was very kind during the stay and responded every time I wrote to him.

I felt right at home at Douglas place I'm sure I'll be coming back in the future

The cutest, cozy airbnb. Location was nearby a supermarket and many food options nearby. The apartment was clean, and looked very well maintained. Had some issues with the Carbon Monoxide reader, but was able to quickly reconcile those issues, Aurelina was as helpful as she could be from far so we really appreciated that. Will definitely recommend her airbnb to anyone. Please note the pool on the roof is not deep, more so to lounge and hang out in, but none the less it served its purpose and was very clean.

All good for the second time.

Spacious and beautiful apartment, with all the amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay. With good parking and security at all hours. The area is very quiet, clean and close to everything. The esplanade is close by for a walk. Orlando accommodated us with some requests that we had in a comprehensive, flexible and friendly way. He was very respectful and helpful. I totally recommend it and we'll be back. Thank you very much!
