We were so impressed upon checking in that we started texting our friends almost immediately, recommending this place for their upcoming trip to JB. Host (Eric): Replies quickly and communicates clearly before and during the stay. Listing is true to photos and description. Thoughtful gestures like offering late check-out without being asked are especially appreciated—particularly during our one-night stays with long travel ahead, especially we were traveling with elderly family members and children with special needs. A stocked fridge at no charge is also a standout touch. Muslim-friendly utensils are available in special locked cabinets. The house: All areas are impeccably clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and water heaters are fully functioning, and the bathrooms are equipped with extractors. Built and finished using premium materials throughout. Pool and BBQ area were a highlight. Value for money: offers excellent quality and experience for the price.

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

whatever you see is whatever you get and that's absolutely worth it. the place is huge for a my group of 4. we were there for only one night with a VERY HOT weather. the aircond works fine but took long to cook the living areas. other than that, would love to return. host was very responsive which is greatly appreciated 👍

Nice place to get together with your siblings families. Mr. ben is really proactive. Ms. su and uncle leong also helpful. communication is no problem at all. Big dinning hall for all of is to have a breakfast lunch n dinner. karaoke room is good. both 2nd floor master bed room bed is comfortable. amenities and convenience shops is nearby. and about less than 10min to tebing dato onn. automated gate with outdoor cctv. the house is quite old but bali vibes. swimming pool need to clean a bit due to the fallen leaves from the garden area. just follow the house rules especially when throw rubbish. must do it properly if not monkey will do "outdoor party" at the rubbish bin. overall wonderful experience.

nice house & cozy...

Stunning modern duplex apartment that's really well-maintained. It has beautiful sunset views from a high floor and a nice view of the bay at an angle. The amenities are really good, especially the pool. The location is wonderful and it's walkable to the Puteri Harbour where there are some really nice restaurants. Only areas of improvement would be that having some basic kitchen ingredients would take it up a notch: some salt, sugar and coffee sachets, a bit of oil maybe (kitchen is the most handy when traveling with kids, and this place targets families). The playroom is small and nice but a lot of toy parts are missing. Both minor things but could be improved.

A Superb location with lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The house is cozy, clean and comfort. The owner is very responsible and helpful person. Will like to pay a visit again.

KC was a great host who gave clear instructions. His unit is huge, clean and comfortable, just like a home away from home vacation.

Check in was a breeze, thanks to the very clear instructions provided. I have stayed in a few air bnb in JB and I must say this is the cleanest of them all. Floor was squeaky clean, so are the toilet and rooms. The apartment has a pleasant light smell when you enter. Towels provided were also of good quality. Bedding was comfortable and very clean with no stains. Overall a very pleasant stay. It would have even better if there is a shower curtain and floor mats in the toilet to avoid wetting the entire bathroom when taking showers.

Friendly host, responsive to my messages. Clean and well-equipped home with essential amenities like a washing machine, cooking pot, oven, and more. Loved the fun corner with rock climbing — perfect for the kids to burn off some energy!

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

Recommended to all. 5 mins walk to Legoland. In front of Medini Mall - so easy access to restaurants and convenient store.

I had a wonderful stay at Zack's apartment! The room was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the linens to the bathroom — you can tell Zack takes great care in maintaining the place. What stood out most was the serenity of the environment. It was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect retreat, especially for light sleepers or anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. The view from the apartment was stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset — a real bonus! The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities, from kitchen essentials to a reliable Wi-Fi connection, making it feel just like home. I also appreciated the thoughtful little touches that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend Zack’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed stay. Would definitely book again!

My second time stayed at En Azrie’s unit. Truly comfy, clean, & convenient. I love it here in Medini Resident itself because it’s convenient for me to drive in & out to Singapore as it’s nearby the Tuas Checkpoint. In fact, En Azrie did an upgrade to his unit utensils in compared to what we have seen from our stayed last year. For those who with elderly or whom on wheelchair I highly recommend to go down to the basement parking lot more friendly accessible ☺️ Definitely a recommended stays which my family and I will surely booked again for any Singapore trip 😅

“Great stay, my family loved it!” Stayed at Jonathan’s place with the fam — the house was super comfy, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. The area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a short getaway from the busy city life. My kids enjoyed chilling in the living room watching Netflix, which was a nice touch. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Jonathan was friendly and quick to respond. Overall, really chill and relaxing stay. Would definitely come back again. Thanks a lot Jonathan!

Stay went well. It was cozy and just fine for two nights. Data connection is not strong in the area especially if you are using maxis but WiFi made up for it.
