Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

If this is not available: we rent out three beautiful places! Waking up in the countryside in the morning sun? With us you will find peace, a beautiful environment by the river, hiking, biking, hanging in the hammock, cozy dining and super nice hosts ;). A lovely place for you or you together where the bed is made upon arrival. Everything is nice and back to basic, but the first needs are all present in this pimped caravan of 40 years old. Our cozy vacation cottage is in a truly unique place. Where we would like to welcome you. From the cottage, you walk through the meadows over the sandy paths into the woods of the Wekeromsezand. With a little luck, you will encounter mouflons, roe deer and heath cows. The cottage is equipped with all comforts, fully furnished with a lovely box spring, dishwasher, washing machine, radio and TV. Enjoy the covered terrace with great views, or the sunny terrace with BBQ

Ruimte, Rust en Privacy - “Comfort with a View”

Hier vind je rust en privacy; de wind in de bomen en het gezang van vogels. Er staan 2 fietsen klaar. Deze zijn tijdens het verblijf gratis te gebruiken. Ons knusse ‘LOFT’ is een vrijstaand, gezellig en compleet ingericht vakantiehuis van 44m2 op de Veluwe. Door het hoge plafond en de vele ramen is het licht en ruim met uitzicht over de weilanden/akkers. Er is een veranda en een lounge-plek. Deze plek is uitermate geschikt voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double Beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. The stable has been renovated keeping original materials, trendy interior and amazing views over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

Aan de rand van de Veluwe ligt verscholen tussen de bomen een charmante cottage. Wordt wakker van fluitende vogels met uitzicht over het land. Heerlijk ontspannen in de barrelsauna (10€) of hottub (25€) onder de sterrenhemel. Of gezellig borrelen in de finse kota. In de landelijke omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen of fietsen op de vrolijke tandems. In de buurt zijn ook mtb routes. 2 pers. bed in de slaapkamer, 2 pers. slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Noorder Huisje

Beautiful cottage with a beautiful wide view over the meadows. There is space for 2 adults and possibly 1 baby up to 1 year old. There is a camp bed for the baby. It is a lovely cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails and there is plenty to do in the area.

Enjoy the countryside in the beautiful IJssel valley! Located between Zutphen and Deventer, our area offers many beautiful cycling and hiking routes. With us, you will stay in your own cozy apartment with a spacious terrace, a large garden and a view of a small water with the storks nesting next to it. Our guest house is available for rent for a minimum of 3 nights. Mandatory additional costs: Tourist tax 1.50 pp/pn to be paid on site.

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
