The 26 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

The building - part of a former farm - was built in 1914 and has been hosting guest rooms since 1940. In 2022, the building was extensively renovated in the 4th generation, the building was extensively renovated with a lot of love for detail according to the latest standards.
