Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

House located in a charming little village, quiet and pleasant, 7 km from Lion d'Angers and 8 km from Segré on the Angers Rennes road. Nearby greenways and walks along the towpath. Peaceful stay guaranteed, for business or leisure travel. 80 m² accommodation, independent, complete, refurbished, can accommodate up to 6 people, with 1 floor. Two cats share the environment, which is why other animals are not allowed. No smoking. Parties forbidden.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

La Paresseuse offers you a unique stay on the peaceful Mayenne. This typical Loire boat offers you a rare experience for two people aboard an eco-friendly home. Ideal for enjoying the calm of nature and the sweetness of Angevine. La Paresseuse is aptly named, it will remain moored to the bank throughout your stay without sailing. And it doesn't have heating.
